The recent Earthquakes in Italy are not accidents, but forewarnings. Actually todays Scripture reading at mass warns us that what we are currently experiencing is an act of Mercy, before the storm on the Ceurch fall with full power:

    First reading

    Wisdom 11:22-12:2 ©

In your sight, Lord, the whole world is like a grain of dust that tips the scales,

like a drop of morning dew falling on the ground.

Yet you are merciful to all, because you can do all things

and overlook men’s sins so that they can repent.

Yes, you love all that exists, you hold nothing of what you have made in abhorrence,

for had you hated anything, you would not have formed it.

And how, had you not willed it, could a thing persist,

how be conserved if not called forth by you?

You spare all things because all things are yours, Lord, lover of life,

you whose imperishable spirit is in all.

Little by little, therefore, you correct those who offend,

you admonish and remind them of how they have sinned,

so that they may abstain from evil and trust in you, Lord.

To put it in human terms , God is very , very angry with what is currently going on in His Church. But, through Mercy He was shown patience. But that patience may well spring forth in real rage. God is not mocked, what these people in the Vatican may well have done is pulled down a real hornets nest on both the Church and the entire world.

Recently at Medugorje Our Lady has once again emphasised fasting. She told us that through Fasting God can stop wars. Through Fasting we can also stop Earthquakes and cleanse our Church of the huge and malignant evil that has come upon it.

Make no mistake about it , what is going on in Rome currently is an abomination from which God will not be quiet as we are beginning to see all too well.

    2 Peter 3:9

    The Day of the Lord
…8Beloved, do not let this one thing escape your notice: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. 9The Lord is not slow to fulfill His promise as some understand slowness, but is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. 10But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar, the elements will be dissolved in the fire, and the earth and its works will not be found.…

In my post I made it very clear David that I was not stating what my opinion on AL or even on Pope Francis was. I stated very clearly that it was the opinion of some in the hierarchy. Please do not assume what my opinion on either is, and think therefore I am on a "slippery slope." This is presumptive. Also, to claim that I am "buying" an opinion on AL is again presumptive, as I did not state my personal opinion on it, but again stated only that certain hierarchy interpret the document a certain way.

Has anyone ever thought it might be the will of God that some members of the Vatican appointees have entered the walls and others have left? If various alleged prophecies come to fruition and the Vatican is physically attacked and many high ranking clergy are killed and/or running for exile, perhaps it is a blessing that many of the faithful/orthodox Cardinal's, like Burke, have been relocated outside the walls of the Vatican. It seems highly plausible to me, that God will not be mocked and he will allow the destruction of the once great 'Vatican City of God' for its departure from it's apostolic roots of faithfulness a place in the past where you could hear and accept the clear objective truth coming from within its walls.

However much spin one puts on this, it does not look good for Cardinal Sarah. A while ago a journalist friend of mine told me not to worry any more about the liberals, they were all moribund and the new threat comes from the uber-trads, spiteful and anti-Semitic, etc.

Well whaddya know? Just in time for Hallowe'en. The corpse is twitching and will soon be chasing us around... Bongos anyone?

It is now clear that this 'stunning move' by Pope Francis as reported by the CatholicCulture website has actually been misreported by them.

The use of the word 'replacement' was a mistake (hopefully not deliberate!). They should have reported the appointment of the 27 members. The source of their information (which they did quote) is the Vatican announcement at http://press.vatican.va/content/salastampa/en/bollettino/pubblico/2016/10/28/161028d.html

This notice says nothing about removals or replacements as the Catholic Herald article I posted earlier rightly pointed out.

I have grave concerns about the clergy who have the authority to alter the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. And I resist being labeled as anything other than a truly flawed but devout Roman Catholic. No one but God could ever accuse me of not loving and praying for every priest, especially the apostate clergy. Many saints and seers have warned about the Masons and Communists who have entered the very hierarchy of the Church.

We should take heed of the warning in the book of Daniel 11:31-35

31 “His armed forces will rise up to desecrate the temple fortress and will abolish the daily sacrifice. Then they will set up the abomination that causes desolation.
32With flattery he will corrupt those who have violated the covenant, but the people who know their God will firmly resist him.
33 “Those who are wise will instruct many, though for a time they will fall by the sword or be burned or captured or plundered.
34 When they fall, they will receive a little help, and many who are not sincere will join them.
35 Some of the wise will stumble, so that they may be refined, purified and made spotless until the time of the end, for it will still come at the appointed time.

    Daniel 12:9-12

9 He replied, “Go your way, Daniel, because the words are rolled up and sealed until the time of the end.
10 Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand.
11 “From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days.
12Blessed is the one who waits for and reaches the end of the 1,335 days.

My thinking is very much in line with yours Divine Mercy. I don't know if Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich's prophecies are exactly what is happening now or what will happen shortly, but we are surely approaching them though. It seems like the pace is speeding up rapidly.

Don't worry about modernists who try to tell you what you think and feel. Or threaten you with being a protestant or heretic. This is a common liberal tactic. They are in the wrong and are trying to strong arm you by trying to make you feel unmerciful or un-Catholic. They want you to get on board with the new program.

You know what is right. We must hold fast to the teachings of the Catholic Church and not give way to modernist novelties. The faith doesn't change. In times of confusion the saints have told us many times to "hold onto what the church has always believed everywhere and always". If you do this you can never be led astray. If something was wrong in 1950 it is still wrong today.

That way if someone comes up to us and says "Hey let's have a new blessing of gay couples" or "let's have intercommunion with protestants."
All we have to ask ourselves is "Has the Church always done this everywhere and always?"
If the answer is no then stay far away from it.

You have turned the corner from simple denial to participation in grave evil with your posts.

As such, I regret that I must place you back on "Ignore." Your posts have become a grave danger to the Catholics reading MOG.

These are exactly the times of Blessed Catherine's visions, I believe. Is it to be wondered at if God is loosing patience?

What chills me is that this very evening I have been reading about that infamous satanic mass 'celebrated' in the Vatican in Malachi Martin's novel 'Windswept House'

Is it the same St. Pauls? I was very disturbed reading the passages in the novel this evening and had to pray to the Sacred Heart intermittently, so scared was I. Now it appears that cracks have appeared in a 'St. Paul's without the Faith'. If this is one and the same church as described in Martin, this is too specific to be ignored. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on our souls and upon all sinners.

I know that we have been praying for the clergy and the US and etc., I just had a thought that first and foremost I should be praying for my discernment on everything taking place. I find it so confusing at times.

Wow! I didn't even make that connection!
I think it is the same St. Paul's. There wouldn't be two Churches by the same name in Rome would there?
That just sent chills up my spine.

Okay, Wow! That is freaky!:eek::eek:
The same Church that Fr. Malachi Martin pointed out in Windswept house was the center of an abomination was just damaged by the earthquakes in Rome and also it is an ecumenical center on the eve of the ecumenical meeting with the Lutheran's.

I haven't read Windswept house and I almost posted this after DeGaulle's post, are you saying that his book was making specific predictions to events that are occurring now? I thought that the book was about past events, I believe that Father Martin stated that 85% of it is true but if these are future events where do you think he got the information?

EDITED: I just reread DeGaulle's post, for a minute there I thought Father Martin discussed the cracking. That's not correct. You believe that this must be the St. Paul's Father Martin wrote about which held a satanic mass? And the cracking is a sign for us? Sorry.

The 'cracking' might not be described explicitly, but the reality is described far more graphically. I'll say this much; I'm more content that I went to confession yesterday before I read the relevant passage. The book is utterly honest but absolutely terrifying. One ought to read it in a state of Grace.

I see no reason from the responses here to think that it was anything but the relevant St. Paul's. It was deliberately so chosen by the agents of lucifer (I refuse to use a capital letter for this damned creature). May the Lord God have mercy on us all.

It is not necessarily the Lutherans as a whole that represent the present threat. Many of these people are sound Christians. The threat is within. Think of a 'Church of Man'-there lies the threat according to Father Malachi. That would be Man foolishly exalted above God, but of course leaving Man as easy prey for devourment by satan and his infernal hordes. This is not necessarily a Lutheran problem at all. Indeed, there are probably many faithful Lutherans who would help us. This ultimate battle, while the Reformation played a huge part in weakening The Church, ultimately derives from the so-called Enlightenment. This latter has been, as far as I read it up to this point, the highest achievement of satan so far. The enthronement of Man to replace Christ is only a proxy for the enthronement of satan.

I say again, may Our Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on us all.

St. Paul's Outside the Walls is not the one in Fr. Martin's book. I think he meant St. Paul's Chapel adjacent to the Sistine Chapel https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cappella_Paolina

I have started reading the book online. There's no Kindle version available and when I searched to see if any bookshops here had it in stock, I came across it on this website: https://archive.org/stream/WindsweptHouseAVaticanNovel/WindsweptHouse_djvu.txt
