Reading exorcists reports can be soooo interesting!...although the Roman Rituale forbids exorcists from asking questions that have nothing to do with unplugging the devils.

So…they can’t ask whether PBXVI’s resignation was valid?

The devils are such liars and such good ones. They don't tend to lie straight out but tell half truths which are much more dangerous than outright lies. So there is little point in going to outrageous liars for the truth.

Some priests think they can force devils to tell they truth and they can within a very limited domain which is restricted to the utility of the exorcism itself. So for instance they can force demons to give their actual names and how they got into the person themselves. But a wise priest won't wander about asking a lot of speculative questions as the Church herself advises.

Some priests , historically, have asked such speculative questions but I note that time and time again they have been outright lied to.

They remind me of the Vatican Press Office in this.

I really like the straightforwardness of Anne Barnhart and it seems she has nailed it.
Like many other voices of today we hear and we know that we are in dire straights. This is true.

We question Pope Francis motives, which point to the exiling and annihilation of the Catholic church's teachings.

    So What can be done?

In the video below Mr Scott Hahn gives us practical applications to our current situation! I found it morally uplifting and beautifully simplistic !

There are seven steps we must take!

Its called the “The Jeremiah Option” for Catholics in exile.

It is brilliant in it's application (as it is so simple and consoling), but it is also scriptural in its foundation as it comes from the prophet Jeremiah!

    It gave me peace!

We cannot leave Christ's Church! Maybe we are all being tested too. Just think how the Apostles must have shook their heads at Judas being with them for so long. I'm sure they KNEW what he was! The words from Jesus at the Last Supper "One of you is a devil!" must have come so sweet to them. Finally! Why had Jesus kept Judas with them so long? But as we see there was a purpose Judas was to perform. An evil purpose that even Jesus tried to turn Judas away from, for Judas' own eternal sake. And yet the deed had to be done. Why? The Jews did NOT really need Judas at all to arrest Jesus and take Him to Pilate. They saw Jesus many times over three years in public. Jesus even mentioned to Pilate that "He that delivered Me unto you has greater sin!" Figure out the purpose of one of Jesus' TOP men betraying Him before the great Sacrifice, and perhaps we can figure out this Pope's purpose in God's plan. But like the Apostles, right now we must trust God to know what He is doing and try to bring this Pope back to the Truth by prayers and supporting the Bishops and Cardinals that are fighting on the front lines against the heresy of the Pope.

I think the Apostles forgave each others their sins and probably thought all were striving for sanctity.

I believe the 11 Apostles that remained faithful to Jesus at the Last supper (the institution of the Most Blessed Sacrament) were shocked to realise that one of their own was capable of betraying the Lord.

I also think that our Lords words "One of you is a devil!" was so repugnant to their thoughts that they could not comprehend who this could be or in what context Jesus may be referring to!

In their thoughts and my own, Maybe Jesus was referring to me!!!

Have I been a Judas to Jesus?
Yes many times. Therefore I do not trust myself

I pray I receive the graces to remain faithful until death no matter what incentive to abandon truth is presented, be that physical torture, the extinguishing of the life of my husband, children or family, or an escape from persecution.

I don't believe I have these graces now , I am hopeful that God will provide these graces if and when I need them.

Lord Jesus have mercy on my soul!

Dearest Mother Mary, keep me faithful to your son and be a mother to me and all the MoG forum now and at the hour of our death. Amen

But surely a Pope who is a heretic, as you say, cannot be a Pope by definition? Just as an ordinary Catholic who is a heretic is Apostate and is not longer Catholic?

So a Pope who is a heretic is Apostate is no longer Catholic. Can a person who is not Catholic be the Pope of the Catholic Church? It's a bit like saying a car is still a car even when it has no engine. It might look like a car from the outside but it is no longer a car really.

I admit I am still very confused about much of this. But as time goes by and Pope Francis's actions and words become more and more totally abominable I must admit Anne Barnhardt's position becomes more and more convincing to me.

Well anyway I have zero confidence in Pope Francis. May God grant us Wisdom and Light.

I have no intention of leaving the One True Cahtolic Church but its seems the false Church in Rome has left me and is roaring down the High Way to Hell at a 1000 miles an hour. I have no intention of roaring to the Eternal Flames with it.

What you say here clearly indicates the pope is a heretic who has lost the Faith.

A pope must be Catholic; he cannot be a heretic. He cannot be someone who has lost the Faith. A heretic who has lost the Faith ceases to be the pope according the Doctors and Saints of the Church.

Who is leaving the Church?!? Not us!

He has left the Church, not us!

Please watch the video, in full.

Bergoglio probably never even was the pope. Therefore to oppose him wouldn’t be to “oppose the pope.” It would be to oppose someone pretending to be pope, who in actuality never was.

Yes you are right about their humilty, but honestly, just as we can see Pope Francis is not acting right for his position, don't you think the Apostles could see that Judas was not up to standard and wondered about him? All of the accounts of Judas in the gospels make it pretty obvious he was not of good character. Be honest with yourself, and under human nature we too, yes would have been happy to see Christ finally admit what they all thought.

Many Popes were heretic in their opinions. They need to be removed by the Bishops if they start to force their heretics on the Church, which is what some of the Bishops are trying to do. But the Church is not changed or defined by who is Pope. That is a Protestant theory. Protestants are defined by the humans that run their religion, even if it is just themselves...

    Watch the video.

This whole debate is moot if Bergoglio was never pope to begin with, in which case we are not “opposing a pope” but opposing a usurper, an antipope. Which if he is an antipope would be our duty.

I agree totally, this Pope, if he is even officially Pope, has left the Church. But consider this, IF we should stay with the Church, do WE have to sin? If the Pope tells us to sin? Really, honestly, we NEVER can be forced to sin. And God judges each of us as individuals. But if we leave the Church, how are we to recieve forgiveness for our sins? How are we to recieve the Eucharist? Jesus said we need these things for Eternal life. Where else can we go? Consider this also: IF you leave the Church like a Protestant, what will Jesus say to you about that? "Oh gee my special disciple, you were so smart to figure out that I changed My Mind, that the Catholic Church would become a den of sin and you needed to find the NEW correct church out of the 50000 plus denominations out there. Good for you for walking away because of some evil humans in charge" NOPE, don't think the Lord would be saying that AT ALL! We need the Church more than it needs us, and we need to FIGHT for her, by prayer, by supporting the Bishops that are fighting for her, and by standing up to the nonsense.

If he is an Antipope, would the cardinals appointed by him have their appointment invalid and would not have legitimacy for the next conclave?

I think that these threads although good, are also confusing to people. I think we all need to agree upon a plan that is solid in all of this. The Church has a visible presence in Rome. It always has. It has to. The Pope has to be there. As much as I admire Cardinal Burke (He was my diocese Bishop 25 years ago and I have had dinner with him on a social basis and talked to him personally) If Bishop Burke proclaimed he was starting a new church and becoming the new Pope, or electing a new Pope, I could not follow him. His good intentions would then separate himself and all of his followers from the Church. The Good Cardinals and Bishops need to rise up as much as possible, and oust this bunch. We need to stay in the Church and fight against the evil. The Church stays in Rome, and we need to be clear of our battle plan....
