¿Ya no defiendes tu anterior postura respecto a la posición del rey Carlos con Camila? https://rorate-caeli.blogspot.com/2023/11/pope-francis-as-public-heretic-evidence.html
According to Amoris Laetitia, Henry VII did not even need to ask for an annulment. All he needed to do was find a priest who was sensitive to his pastoral needs and give him communion whist living in adultery with Anne Boleyn. After all, it "can no longer simply be said that all those in any “irregular” situation are living in a state of mortal sin and are deprived of sanctifying grace. More is involved here than mere ignorance of the rule. A subject may know full well the rule, yet have great difficulty in understanding “its inherent values” or be in a concrete situation which does not allow him or her to act differently and decide otherwise without further sin" AL. This new paradigm shift in Catholic theology must have poor old Henry VIII spinning in his grave. After all his lust for Ann Boleyn put him in a corner so that he couldn't control himself, poor man. The present incumbent in the chair of Peter must have a great deal of sympathy for Henry VIII and Martin Luther. After all he believes that Judas has been much maligned by history.
Haven't heard him speak much about St John the Baptist or St Thomas More. If a person is of full reason, knows the rules, and can be assumed to still not know the 'inherent values', how can we know that the same interpretation cannot be applied to Pope Francis himself? It seems quite plausible, and would explain a lot, if we assume that Pope Francis has great difficulty in understanding the 'inherent values' of the Catholic Church. However, if we go down that rabbit-hole, we are all awash in an ocean of ignorance, nobody can know anything and all truth, and any concept of truth, is erased. Free will and responsibility suffer the same fate. Netanyahu gets a pass, because he just can't understand the 'inherent values' of genocide, or maybe his situation just doesn't allow himself to act differently. He therefore bears no moral responsibility for his actions. More briefly, it doesn't wash.
Two public acts which continue to distress me, were (1) Pope Francis' decision to have a statue of Martin Luther placed in the Vatican, and then (2) to have a Vatican stamp issued of: Luther [holding a Bible, and his co-rebel, Philip Melanchthon, holding the Confessio Augustana (the first Protestant manual)]: both are kneeling at the foot of the Cross with our Crucified Lord not yet taken down. To in such a way honor a duo and document which together launched the Protestant Revolt is beyond me. The second act especially, is a public form of honoring, which in turn promotes an ecumenism that fosters peaceful co-existence rather than full restoration. Eph 4: 4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call, 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 one God and Father of us all, who is above all and through all and in all. THE ONE, HOLY, CATHOLIC, APOSTOLIC FAITH!
We as a church since the Christ have likely only scratched the surface as to why what God has brought together should not be separated. Like how Aquinas stopped writing after seeing heaven. Human reason and intellect won't win this argument in either direction which is why we act on faith. However, we do see the fruits of those peoples in general who stand by the faith vs finding ways to justify not doing so, especially today. IMO we need to quit feeling like we are somehow being kind by accommodating acts contrary to the faith. I also would like for people to at least be honest with themselves. Not acting like they are a victim for the rules of the church.
I have the impression that the Churches actions in regards to the Marriage of Catherine of Aragon in refusing to grant an annulment/divorce was very grace aided. Other monarchs had gotten off the hook for far less reason. I think the Pope digging his heels in on this occasion was a real act of God. By the way there are some people even to this present day who visit Queen Catherine's grave and put flowers in it. By all accounts she was a very special, holy, chosen soul.
Whether the Pope is or isn't a heretic is a decision for which I am entirely unqualified to make. All I can say is that he provides me with very little confidence and I have come to follow the decisions of all the previous popes, where there seems to be a conflict, which is a frequent occurrence. Although, I have no personal expertise, I think I am duty-bound to pay attention to the views of those experts who clearly and unambiguously criticise words and deeds of this pope, while holding what are clearly orthodox views. The biggest problem for me, even moreso than the Pachamamma fiasco, is that letter that Pope Francis sent to the Argentinian bishops, 'clarifying' Amoris laetitia. This note, fortunately, carries little if any magisterial clout (although it is part of the official record, and described by him as 'the only interpretation') but it doesn't take a degree in theology to read that it abandons the absolute admonishment from Our Lord God Himself, of "go and sin no more". It would seem that Charles III and his concubine fulfill the criteria, which makes them very broad indeed. As Pax Prima pointed out, we need to stop apologising for the rules of The Church, simply because they're difficult or a lot of people don't like them. If people don't like them, they should be reminded that they have the option to leave, but should not be allowed to create the chaos of changing the rules to suit them, or we'll end up like the Anglicans. I look forward, with some hope and much trepidation to our next pope and wish that Pope Francis will enjoy the Beatific Vision. I regularly include St Pope John Paul II in my prayers. I never bother with St Pope Paul VI. It will certainly be the same with Pope Francis, even if they make him a Doctor of the Church.
What I cannot get my head around is the new paradigm shift in Catholic theology with regard to marriage. It seems they have abandoned the idea that it is a sacrament at least in the pastoral sense if not officially in the catechism.
I also hold the view that Amoris Laetitia is a trojan horse to justify abominable relationships hence the constant use of the term "irregular situations". In fact on one occasion n the document they use the term "irregular union". What on earth is an irregular union? That's an oxymoron if ever I saw one.
I don't want to go into a rant about it because it is just too upsetting but things are far, far worse in the Church than even the very worst critics of Papa Frankie imagine. The Church as we knew it is dying. It is as simple and as horrible as that. I watched this video of a poor, very holy priest who died recently. The things he talked about would turn your hair white. We are in a truly terrible situation. I believe Papa Frankie has been given the graces of final conversion. However I doubt the devils at the Vatican will let him publically recant. He will be silenced as he himself silenced so many brave and holy clerics. Hopefully then he will not wind up in hell, thank God. Though my best guess would be that he will be in Purgatory until the End of the World.
Father is speaking to a tool often used by globalists. They force change under the guise of the consensus of authority to make the changes they want. All the while astroturfing the changes under the impression that the majority of the people are behind them. Just like climate change, vaccinations and foreign wars. Fortunately, we are at a tipping point where enough people are awake to know these are games being played, and spread information regarding the lies via social media. A renewal in the church has been happening for awhile now. It's only a matter of time before the games coming from the top down will end and be exposed.
I wouldn't believe it even if it came from a "credible" source. The man is clearly touched by the Hand of God. There is no going back from this.
El papa Francisco es un santo e ira al cielo, sin duda. Nada de infierno y purgatorio. Incluso creo que sera proclamado santo en los años futuros. Ya vereis
