Vigano may have been decent once but he's gone off the rails for sure. I immediately dismiss whatever he says.

I was just attending Mass this morning in NZ The Parish Priest, who must have an inside track, left no doubt that it is over - and that now it is a matter of praying for comfort and a happy peaceful death. He definitely knows something...
My guess is that he has heard from the Cardinal of NZ and that the Cardinal has been told by the Vatican to book flights for a Funeral and Conclave.
    Just guessing...

Our Lady of Garabandal certainly did blame those "in the Church." Here is what she said to Conchita:

    Our Lady's Message of June 18, 1965

Since my Message of October 18, 1961 has not been complied with and has not been made much known to the world, I will tell you that this is the last one. Before the chalice was filling now it is overflowing. MANY CARDINALS, MANY BISHOPS, AND MANY PRIESTS ARE ON THE PATH OF PERDITION AND THEY TAKE MANY SOULS WITH THEM. TO THE EUCHARIST, THERE IS GIVEN LESS AND LESS IMPORTANCE. We should avoid the Wrath of God on us by our good efforts. If you ask pardon with your sincere soul God will pardon you. It is I, Your Mother, who through the intercession of St. Michael, wish to say that you amend, that you are already in the last warnings and that I love you much and do not want your condemnation. Ask us sincerely and we will give to you. You should sacrifice more. Think of the Passion of Jesus.
    Conchita Gonzales
And Our Lady of Akita also implicated people "in the Church" in the great Apostasy:

    October 13, 1973

"My dear daughter, listen well to what I have to say to you. You will inform your superior."

    After a short silence:

"As I told you, if men do not repent and better themselves, the Father will inflict a terrible punishment on all humanity. It will be a punishment greater than the deluge, such as one will never seen before. Fire will fall from the sky and will wipe out a great part of humanity, the good as well as the bad, sparing neither priests nor faithful. The survivors will find themselves so desolate that they will envy the dead. The only arms which will remain for you will be the Rosary and the Sign left by My Son. Each day recite the prayers of the Rosary. With the Rosary, pray for the Pope, the bishops and priests."

"The work of the devil will infiltrate even into the Church in such a way that one will see cardinals opposing cardinals, bishops against bishops. The priests who venerate me will be scorned and opposed by their confreres...churches and altars sacked; the Church will be full of those who accept compromises and the demon will press many priests and consecrated souls to leave the service of the Lord.

"The demon will be especially implacable against souls consecrated to God. The thought of the loss of so many souls is the cause of my sadness. If sins increase in number and gravity, there will be no longer pardon for them"

"With courage, speak to your superior. He will know how to encourage each one of you to pray and to accomplish works of reparation."

"It is Bishop Ito, who directs your community."

And She smiled and then said:

"You have still something to ask? Today is the last time that I will speak to you in living voice. From now on you will obey the one sent to you and your superior."

"Pray very much the prayers of the Rosary. I alone am able still to save you from the calamities which approach. Those who place their confidence in me will be saved."

And here is a quote from Our Lady of Good Success:

...the secular Clergy will leave much to be desired because priests will become careless in their sacred duties. Lacking the divine compass, they will stray from the road traced by God for the priestly ministry, and they will become attached to wealth and riches, which they will unduly strive to obtain. How the Church will suffer during this dark night! Lacking a Prelate and Father to guide them with paternal love, gentleness, strength, wisdom and prudence, many priests will lose their spirit, placing their souls in great danger. This will mark the arrival of My hour.

“Therefore, clamor insistently without tiring and weep with bitter tears in the privacy of your heart, imploring our Celestial Father that, for love of the Eucharistic Heart of my Most Holy Son and His Precious Blood shed with such generosity and the profound bitterness and sufferings of His cruel Passion and Death, He might take pity on His ministers and bring to an end those Ominous times, sending to this Church the Prelate who will restore the spirit of its priests.”

Should be pretty clear that Our Lady has warned over and over again for almost 500 years that the source of the problems come from leaders "in the Church."

And what's all this talk of "lacking a Prelate?" It sounds like she's saying that there will be a period when the Church will not have a true Shepherd, a true Pope.

Our Lady never blamed anyone by name. The point is because of our sinfulness.
Did you listen to the video from Fr Ripperger that Mario posted? He quoted heavily from Our Lady of Good Success. I was responding to that.

Regarding Vigano's latest communique, well on the upside at least it should stop any proposed rush to canonise ....
He's really playing a Devils Advocate...
He seems to be anxious to get in early on in the process.

First Venezuelan saint: Pope Francis approves canonization of Dr. José Gregorio Hernández .. a doctor of the poor

Although he remains in critical condition in Gemelli Hospital, Pope Francis continues to work. On Monday evening, after the doctors reported a “slight improvement,” the pontiff received at the hospital the Vatican secretary of state, Cardinal Pietro Parolin, and Archbishop Edgar Peña Parra, substitute for General Affairs of the Secretariat of State.

The reason for the visit was announced today: The Holy Father authorized the decrees designating five persons as servants of God and approved the canonization of Venezuelan Blessed José Gregorio Hernández and Italian Blessed Bartolo Longo.

Mario, this is off topic but I just wanted to thank you for posting a video from the Catholic Brothers somewhere on the forum. I can't remember whereabouts on the forum you posted it, so I'm taking this opportunity to say thanks. It got me started on watching their series of videos on the first 500 years of the Church and I'm hooked.

I preface what I am about to say by firstly saying I am not a supporter of Viganò, his blind support for Trump baffles me and his calling on the CIA director to look into the situations seems laughable to me. Secondly, I do not mean any disrespect towards you but I am exasperated by people saying there is no truth in what Viganò say nor in this Franics is Pope business and we all need to accept that. The truth points to an uncomfortable reality and people need to begin looking that. The only thing I can see that would be slanderous that Viganò said was about Tomasito. I have never heard about this and honestly I don't even want to look into it.

So where does Viganò lie? Conflicting and limited reporting is propaganda, two techniques that jump out at me is card stacking and ad nauseam. Propaganda is typical of the CIA and our media in general so it leads to the question of how is Bergoglio? Alive, dead? I don't know but they keep telling me he is working diligently away.

Viganò talks about the progressive hierarchy and considering all the red hats Bergoglio gave out in his past years to liberals I don't think I need to provide any citation for that.

He brings up McCarrick again who indeed faced a canonical trial and was convicted and sure, let's have Thomas Becket moment and keep it all in the Church but what about his heirs? I don't believe it is slander to say there is a lavender mafia in the Church, step into any seminary and you will see it. I have. Would I send my son into a seminary today, probably not because could I do so in good conscience knowing the danges that would await him?

He talks about the Chinese government and it's not even a secret the Chinese give billions to the Church and they are electing their own bishops.
    https://www.ncregister.com/intervie...there-is-nothing-more-to-do-other-than-prayer

He speaks about the Jesuits. Here is an old article briefly discussing the liberal theology the Jesuits have had as early as the 80s. You have to scroll down to the "Holy Mafia"
    https://churchandstate.org.uk/2012/10/cia-and-the-vaticans-intelligence-apparatus/

Viganò brings up Covid and Bergoglio was a huge supporter of the vaccine. Plus read any encyclical by this guy, it's regurgitated 2030 agenda sprinkled with Vatican 2 quotes.

Accusations from Argentina immediately made headlines when we was made Pope and as far as I know they remain unaddressed. Maybe a journey back to the ends of the earth was just too far for him?
    https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-21794798

Viganò also mentions Cardinal Danneels, not a good character.
    https://www.nytimes.com/2019/03/24/obituaries/godfried-danneels-dead.html

And now the US bishops monatry ties to US government in regards to immigration and Bergoglio fully supports open borders.

    https://www.corpuschristiforunityan...ived-449-million-to-exploit-migrant-children/

Someone from the outside if we don't want believe Viganò and is saying the same stuff.

Here is interesting read with more details of Bergoglio's ties to the CIA .
    https://archive.is/504vt#selection-897.1-897.175

And lastly to close I cite the questions raised by Elizabeth Yore. These are legitimate questions, there is no slander in them and they need to be answered.

Has it occurred to you that if American Catholics were as devoted to their faith as they are to their favourite politicians the Church in the US and, by extension, in vassal states of the US would be a whole lot healthier? This Republican -v- Democrat American Church is harmful to the Church Universal.

All I see from the Catholic media in the US is glossed over partisan politics. The saddest part is that they all are being manipulated by what is to all intents and purposes a uni-party funded and controlled by probably the most anti-Catholic people on the planet.

Catholics are very devoted. They have been carrying the torch for Biblical principles for years. All our Marches for life, crisis pregnancy centers, marriage annulments, very active prayer groups, Eucharistic Adoration. We are still strong in the face of adversity. I don’t see devout Catholics as democrats, just the very lukewarm. I have lived in the north and the south

Precisely. I think we must discern between culturalCatholics and " "real" Catholics. There is a big difference.

I honestly don't know many American Catholics so I can't give an honest answer but it seems unfair to label all American Catholics as not devout, or worse, worshiping politicians as demigods. Like Katfalls said, it's the lukewarm or Nancy Pelosi type, and sadly there are many, but then whose fault would that be? Do we point the finger at the German Catholic church for developing strange theologies and changing the schemas and giving us a Vatican 2 which ultimately destroyed the basic Catechism taught in every American diocese? I don't know. The answer is to obviously turn back to God because we are in a pretty big mess.
