Don't knock yourself out. It took many of us, myself very much included, a long time to stop making excuses for him. He was the Pope, after all. He's dead now, though. At times, he seemed almost to portray himself as an incarnation of the Holy Spirit. Enough to second-guess, in that letter to the Argentinian bishops purporting to be the only interpretation of Amoris laetitia (brilliantly satirised by Eccles as 'Amoral layteaching'), Our Lord's direct ambiguous words to the woman caught in adultery. The late Pope Francis, who has now had his meeting with Our Lord, upheld the "I do not condemn you" part, but essentially abolished the "Go and sin no more part". How could any man, whose principle role is to defend and protect the Faith, which has been handed down to us unchanged since Our Lord trod this Earth, take upon himself the right to carry out such a perversion? The same applies to the Pachamama idolatry. It took a number of such almost incredible betrayals of The Faith to get through to most of us. Pope Francis might be as dead as dead can be, already turning to dust, but his scandals and betrayals seem, to me, more vivid than ever. As with him, these things need to die and be buried. Sweeping under the carpet, as some will attempt to do, will not be sufficient.

I also wish his (by many accounts, not always) gentle soul to Rest In Peace and, in its time, to see the Beatific Vision for eternity. Lax as I am, I prayed the Three Hail Mary's he asked for when he became Pope nearly every day since, admittedly with decreasing conviction, right 'til the end.

The 'aliens' issue is an interesting one. It's very clear that life is so unlikely that if aliens exist, they can only have been directly Created, like all life, by God. As C.S. Lewis pointed out, aliens might not have Fallen. On that basis, they would, if they exist, have much more to fear from us than we from them. Then again, there is the possibility that 'aliens' might be devils from Hell, made manifest.

I would not underestimate Sungenis' argument. I thought them very impressive. The absolute reality is that nobody has been able to refute or explain the result of the Michelson-Morley experiment. As time goes on, the numbers of very intelligent people who question the relevance and, even, validity of the Einsteinian theories of Relativity, sacred cows though they are, seems to grow. As Sungenis says, they are really a convenient fudge of Michelson-Morley and Galileo stands unproven.

Artificial Intelligence is, if Father Stanley Jaki is right-and his arguments made as long ago as the sixties still stand as strongly as ever-an exaggerated fad, intended to drive a stock-market bubble in investments in the issue.

Transhumanism is the big danger, convincing the masses into irreversible genetic change and the creation of monsters, not men. Nephilim? God help us all.

No harm in the Vatican being involved in astronomy. That's a long and venerable tradition, to the Glory of God's Creation. The originator of the Big Bang Theory was a very wise, orthodox and devout Catholic priest. Anyway, the most recent factual astronomical discoveries, as opposed to their unproven hypotheses, are baffling the atheists.

Like you, I hope and pray for a great Pope.

When I saw even the people on even Catholic Answers starting to speak out I knew the tide had turned. Apparently the vast majority of the clergy knew something was seriously wrong but did not know what to do about it...at least so they said. But after a while it became pretty obvious to everyone something smelt very bad.

  4. Well u should include the men cardinals who we could call karens...look at some of our Priests and cardinals...u are kidding me.
There is a reason women should not be Priests and what happens in other religions should not affect us..
Men hide their cross...put flags up that don't belong...
I could name so many at this moment..
    But I wont...

Heretic churches are ultimately destined to die of their own self-contradictions. If the same is done by self-proclaimed Catholics, they will only prove themselves as heretics. Maybe these developments are the reason Christ speculated, "When the Son of Man returns, will there be Faith on Earth?". It is conceivable, and quite possible, that when He returns, there will be no Catholic, and therefore, no Faith. May He so forbid. Still, it stands to us as a warning. If we are to keep the Faith, we need to remind ourselves who did so, at the time of the last great (Arian) apostasy. It wasn't the Shepherds, for the most part.

I was wondering where the tendency for women to conform to authority socially generally came from and I think I got it. When God made woman, He instilled in them a tendency to be obedient to the authority of her husband. This tendency was then weaponized via feminism and the degradation of masculinity. Such that the government in the eyes of many women now became the authoritative figure in their lives while viewing themselves victims of men. I am positive now that the primary aim of the synods was in fact to have female clergy in positions of authority, eventuating in the destruction of the Church. Essentially female clergy would choose to be subordinate to globalist ideals, through which the church would finally have been entirely captured.

Another tendency in this obedience to authority is the desire of women have for affirmation. Women need affirmation from their husbands and those around them. If a woman then becomes a bishop, but views herself as a victim of men and sees the government as the authority. She will then for the sake of affirmation, see getting as many social virtue points as possible as her job.

Which explains why that Bishop Marrian Budde of the episcopal church challenged Trump so hard with her inaugeral sermon.

Exactly! She was installed into a position of power which received lots of money because her views/goals aligned with that of the globalists, who she viewed already as having the moral high ground.

It could have been initially, however there have been many waves of it now. Many discoveries made along the way regarding feminism were probably weaponized. 2nd wave feminism was founded by two jews, Betty Friedan and Gloria Steinem, in the early 60's, the same time Vatican II was happening.

However the answer to all of this is freedom of speech. Champions for faith and Truth have emerged. The left failed repeatedly, even with all tools of censorship at their disposal. The social norms are changing and with it so will the values of those who socially conform.

Thanks inVeritatem, for the above! It is an unsettling phenomena: the promotion of alien species that may "necessitate" multiple redemptions. When I hear that Jimmy Akin leans in that direction it makes my hair stand on end. This, is in my mind, an affront to the Name of God, to the Triune God, and to the Mother of God. It is akin to claiming multiple heavens. I feel for Daniel O'Connor, who has been alienated, no pun intended, for pushing back on this lie.

The recent "UFO" phenomenon on the east coast is an example of where itching ears love to soak in this sort of stuff. It helps feed the idea of other fallen worlds out there, with alien persons needing their own savior. Rubbish!

Watch to see if this lie continues to be propagated!

I am the Lord your God, you shall have no strange gods before me!

    Viva Cristo Rey!

It is insane to speculate about the existence of beings for which there is absolutely no evidence, never mind go so far as to debate the theology of their redemption, while simultaneously creating a theology that takes for granted the redemption of all the souls that we do know exist.

There is only one known fallen world out there, apart from our own, and it is called Hell, which is where these UFO's are most likely sourced, if they exist at all.

Whatever the Truth, there is only One Redeemer.

One of the visionaries in Medugorje asked Our Lady if there was life on other planets?

    She replied,

'That is none of your concern'.

Pledge to pray for the repose of Pope Francis’ soul

(LifeSiteNews) — The Grand Lodge of Italy has hailed Pope Francis’ work as “deeply resonant with the principles of Freemasonry,” in the wake of his death on Monday.

“The Grand Lodge of Italy of the ALAM joins in the universal mourning for the passing of Pope Francis, a pastor who, through his teachings and his life, embodied the values of brotherhood, humility, and the pursuit of a universal humanism,” wrote Luciano Romoli, Grand Master of the Great Lodge of Italy of the ALAM in a statement published Tuesday.
“Coming from the ‘end of the world,’ Jorge Mario Bergoglio was able to change the Church, bringing the revolutionary teachings of St. Francis of Assisi back to the present day,” wrote Romoli, despite a fundamental difference between St. Francis’ fidelity to Catholic doctrine and Francis’ “revolution” of heterodoxy.

Romoli went on to praise Francis’ “work” as “deeply resonant with the principles of Freemasonry,” a compliment which is especially significant considering that Freemasonry has been repeatedly and infallibly condemned by past popes as antithetical to Catholicism – starting in 1738 with Pope Clement XII’s papal bull In eminenti.

The Grand Master pointed out that “freedom, equality, and fraternity” – elevated as societal ideals in Francis’ encyclical Fratelli tutti – are “the three core values of Freemasonry.”

“Overcoming divisions, ideologies, and groupthink in order to recognize the richness of differences and build a humanity united in diversity: this was Francis’s ardent desire, and the same goal is pursued by the Grand Lodge of Italy,” Romoli continued.

He further claimed that Francis adopted “A faith capable of questioning itself, of accepting doubt and of dialogue, which we also find in the Masonic initiatory method, based on a path free from dogma, substantiated by the unceasing search for truth.”

“In these times of serious crisis, the Grand Lodge of Italy echoes Pope Francis’ call for a ‘planetary conscience’ that recognizes humanity as a community of destiny. We honor his memory by continuing to work for an ethic of limits, for respect for others, and for the construction of a Temple founded on solidarity, freedom of thought, and universal brotherhood,” concluded Romoli.

Italian freemasons welcomed Francis from the very beginning. His election was immediately praised by Grand Master Gustavo Raffi of the Grand Orient Masonic Lodge of Italy, who said at the time, “Fraternity and dialogue are his first concrete words: perhaps nothing in the Church will be as it was before.”

Excellent post. I think Daniel is right on this subject. He has made an excellent case for "the great deception" coming at us. These alien sightings and appearances and interactions are so obviously demonic. In the encounters when someone says begone in Jesus's Name they disappear. Cant get clearer than that.
