There is an apostalate in Knock village, ( not shrine) Co. Mayo which promotes this devotion and pays for billboards of the Holy Face across Ireland, usually during Lent I think.

They have a station, or whatever the modern term is, to broadcast. It is Human Life International (Ireland) and they run very practical pro-life centres with sonographers etc. They strongly promote the Holy Face Devotion. Patrick McCrystle, I think.
