He is in a wheelchair and is losing most of his movement. No one knows what is causing this or what the prognosis is. Please pray for him.
I will most definitely keep him in my prayers. I will offer my Holy Hour for him tomorrow. Speaking of the power of that, I got a message from someone today thanking me for everything. It was not a good message, it was a good bye message. I tried to contact them, but couldn't, I prayed for that person, just knelt before the Blessed Sacrament. When I did manage to speak to her, she said that she instantly knew that I was/had prayed for her, because in that moment everything lifted, and she felt a huge weight just leave her shoulders. I am not saying that God hears my prayers in particular, I just mentioned the above to give you all some hope. God hears every word that we all say to Him. I will pray for your cousin, your family and the doctors.
I agree Mary's Child, and how blessed you were to learn that your prayers helped fight the battle of the darkness. All our utterances, whispers and sighs are heard. When they are in alignment with the Will of God "things happen". We have had on this forum incredible things occurr because of our united prayers, some times they have been instantaneous -other times it's taken some real tenacity. I join you Claves in your deepest yearnings for your cousin.
