Dolours, I can't make out what name he stated either but I am pretty certain that Michael Matt states Father Annibale Bugnini (followed by "maybe"). Maybe someone else here can detect the name that Bishop Schneider states. That interview is excellent, thank you for posting it! Bishop Schneider is both firm and loving imho.
It is a good interview. I admire Michael Matt although I'm sure I wouldn't fit his definition of a traditionalist, and the more I see of Bishop Schneider the more I like and admire him. It's such a pity that there aren't more bishops like him. Maybe he speaks out more freely because the Pope's cronies wouldn't be queuing up to replace him in Kazakhstan. Yes, Michael Matt definitely said "Bugnini perhaps". Slowing down the speed of the video to 0.75 or 0.5, it sounds like Bishop Schneider answers "yes, and others" then he puts his hand over his mouth and says a name which sounds like it begins "Puleti and then "maybe". I wonder if he meant Cardinal Poletti. Pope Paul V1 appointed him Vicar General of Rome. He was also named on the famous (or infamous) list of Bishops who were Freemasons. Have a look at his wikipedia page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ugo_Poletti He is also said to have permitted the burial of this gangster in a Cathedral in Rome: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enrico_De_Pedis
Thanks but I wouldn't bet the house on Poletti being the correct name although there seems to be little doubt that he was a Mason. I get the impression that anyone who raises the question of a masonic agenda inside the Church comes in for the most vicious kind of attacks. The attacks on Taylor Marshall are a disgrace.
Well, I can understand Bishop Schneider’s discretion and reluctance to name names. And I agree with you about the attacks on Taylor Marshall. We are in a spiritual battle of epic proportions and we must remain in a state of grace.
What attack occurred to Taylor Marshall? I know Tim Gordon's wife said they were under attack...but what happened?
I don’t know the specifics of what Dolours means about attacks on Taylor Marshall. I do know that his book “Infiltration” was not especially warmly received, even though I’m sure it was an excellent account of what has transpired in the Church. The book reviews were lukewarm. I’m glad to hear Bishop Schneider talk about the infiltration as fact.
It appears someone within the auspices of the Vatican went in and modified Taylor Marshall's theological credentials on his Wikipedia page in an attempt to discredit him. O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!
A Jesuit in New York reported him to Twitter - I think that was over Marshall's tweet about the Pachamama idolatry in the Vatican. Someone using a Vatican IP address changed his Wikipedia page. I have also seen attempts to belittle him on Catholic social media - the usual stuff of attacking the messenger to deflect from the message.
They falsified info on him on the web. Said he was a heretic etc. They did this to his Wikimedia page. It was traced to the Vatican communications office. Sounds like alinsky tactics.
Matthew 5:11 Blessed are you when men speak all manner of evil against you falsely. This quote is from memory, not exact. In this day and age, we can expect a lot of “compliments” like that. How funny that this was traced.
Thank you Dolours. I was reading the chat comments on his channel last week and Tim Gordon’s wife mentioned that they were under attack. I hope everyone prays for these brave men.
