    I found his name on the link and looked him up. He’s on Facebook
    I am not but I gleaned some info by googling his name
    William Costellia

    I am not familiar with him or his messages

    If you just google little pebble you will see that william kamm is a sex offender. He served 9 years out of a 10 year sentence for rape of an underage girl. He uses different names.
