ohhh, by the way…I probably would not have tested for Covid because my cold was mild, except a very close friend that I had been with tested positive for Covid….then I decided to get tested.
If you might possibly have had it, you could now be developing antibodies!

Pilgrimage from Sunday (5th of September)

Hi all again, I wanted to share a few words from my experience of another pilgrimage to Dechtice
I was supposed to go with my 12 year old sister and both parents, but unfortunately my parents couldn't go in the end. So I went with my sister at least, she looked forward to it and I am glad I could spend this time with her and let her experience this beautiful event.


There are processions each First Sunday of the month from the main square to the pine forrest "Boričky" on nearby apparition hill. In this forest there is a place with a big cross where Our Lady used to appear very often. It is right next to the other apparition place (Hill of peace) where I was on the anniversary pilgrimage.
This time we had rosary and calvary on the way up. During each station of the cross was read a message (probably previous messages from Our Lady, but not sure...) and it was centered on blessing others.

Messages were really powerful and I encourage everyone to bless everyone you can, those you agree with but especially those you don't agree with or are angry at. A sincere blessing can bring light to the darkest souls and that's what we need the most today. As our Lord says in Mathhew 5:44

But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.

This reminded me of recently seen video with great explanation of the salt of the earth parable, I recommend watching it, powerfull message that urges to keep our faith strong especially when we are dealing with Godless people in our daily lives.



On the apparition hill Our Lady came in the middle of a rosary, same as the last time. There were no messages today (they are on 15th each month), she comes here on first Sundays to pray with us and bless us. Among other things, I prayed before her for the members of the forum.
After the apparition, we finished the rosary and the pilgrimage ended after 3 hours of prayer, which felt like 10 minutes honestly, such a great place to pray with focus, it is so different during ordinary days... So it was again a spiritually refreshing experience for me and I believe for my sister too as she is close to Our Lord even if she is 12. Pure, child like but sincere faith that I thank God I can witness at home.

After it ended, we went with my sister through the forest to take some water from healing spring of Our Lady. We passed the statues of Archangels which appeared to visionaries, as I posted before. When we came from the forest on the other side, we went to Svatodusnica (hill of Peace) to pray for peace in the world and our family.

BTW I noticed already on the calvary some hawthorn trees, but there was enormous amount of them on the edges of the pine forest. All trees with tons of berries. Besides that hawthorn is beneficial in these times, I read that it is also tree of Virgin Mary, named by people centuries ago (custom originating in Ireland as an article says, where it symbolized Holy Mother which has always helped them and they could rely on it.)
Everything there symbolizes Our Lady

This is very interesting because I have heard that pine tea is good for helping us if we have contact with people who have been vaccinated. Also hawthorn tea is recommended for helping if we have certain illness. I think the hawthorn has quercetin (spelling?).

Wouldn't it be great if the people there started producing pine and hawthorn ready to share so we could all benefit from the teas.

Ok, pine tea...how do we make that if we have ample evergreen forests? Where to find Hawthorne in Michigan? Online?

I didn't even realise that the Hawthorne tree was named after Mary. I do know hat it is often called the, 'May Flower', tree because it blooms in May, the month of Mary.

I notice how often Our Lady appears in these beautiful remote places. It rmeinds me of her Son who retreated tot eh desert places to pray....

 

I believe Hawthorne for making tea can be purchased in health food outlets. Don't know if it grows everywhere, we have a lot of it in hedges here in the UK.

As for the Pine for making tea, it is important to research which Pine is safe to use. If it is available for making tea at health food outlets, that would be an ok variety.

Another very interesting prophylactic to protect from severe symptoms with corona virus is apparently black cumin seeds along with raw honey. I believe the seeds can be purchased at Asian food stores and are very cheap. It looks like about 5 seeds once a day and a bit of raw honey are very effective at helping with the lungs which are the main organ attacked by the virus.

I’m watching the video on this thread about salt. It’s great. I am watching it in segments because it is very busy here.
It’s one of those periods of trials where no good deed goes unpunished.
Cleaning up after the cat, getting freshly washed car covered in bird poo, etc.
