Well this thread teaches me to do as Our Lady says, Pray, pray, pray. There are so many huge dangers threatening the world. It makes me just wonder what train will hit us first. So pray, pray, pray for a better day.
Did you know that for the third consecutive day in a row Mary in Medugorje has called for peace? There appears to be a huge urgency here. Like I say it seems to a matter of what train will hit us first. "Dear children! Today I invite you to pray for peace, peace is in danger, pray more, pray with the heart. I am reminded of Jonas preaching in the city of Niniva and their response to his preaching. We must be like the people of Niniva and fast, do penance, and pray for forgiveness for ourselves, our family and friends, and the whole world. This is the way of Mary and it is the only way to bring about conversion of hearts. Soldiers of Mary are prayer warriors and not warriors of the sword. Our fight is against Principalities and Dominions (demons). Mary told us through Lucia of Fatima that if the Bishops in union with the Pope would only consecrate Russia to our Immaculate Heart everything would change. What a simple request that fully relies on prayer to make massive change in the world in order to give Mary the due honor that the Trinity wants her to have. We as a church must follow the path of our Savior who fully embraced his passion and death in order to save us without fighting back. Our pride keeps us blind and from seeing this clearly. Pray Pray Pray so that it is the Holy Spirit that is guiding us and freeing us from our blindness rather than our prideful blindness guiding us into foolish action. On this Good Friday - let us deeply meditate on the Passion and ask for the grace to embrace it in our own lives so that we may more fully participate, as the body of Christ, in the One Redemptive Act of Jesus.
