I am so glad right now that I have to share. My old job merged with a new, bigger employer and I had to move. Since I gave up the TV, I was trying to get Mass more often early in the morning, but the new location is further away, so getting Mass was a problem - if I went to Mass, I would not make it to work on time. I spent two weeks scouring town looking for a Church that would say early Mass and could not find one. Finally, almost crying, I gave up and said to God find a Church that says early Mass and gives me enough time to get into work - and he did. I had walked past it and not seen it. I am so grateful. Please God now I will get Mass every morning. It feels like a new beginning.
FoundSoul. Well done on your diligence. To be diligent can at times have you on wits ends and when frustration sets in can send you in tears. I go to mass daily too. I don't like it when on the odd occasion I can't make it. Doesn't going to mass get you off to a good start for the day? Not everyone can go to daily mass, because of work commitments, and this is fine, a person has to earn a living. But through your persevernance you now get to do both.
It's true God helps them who helps themselves u looked hard to find a Chapel to fit in with your schedule and in his providence he helped you
