MARCH 2 MESSAGE TO MIRJANA Dear children; through the immeasurable love of God I am coming among you and I am persistently calling you into the arms of my Son. With a motherly heart I am imploring you, my children, but I am also repeatedly warning you, that concern for those who have not come to know my Son be in the first place for you. Do not permit that by looking at you and your life, they are not overcome by a desire to come to know Him. Pray to the Holy Spirit for my Son to be impressed within you. Pray that you can be apostles of the divine light in this time of darkness and hopelessness. This is a time of your trial. With a rosary in hand and love in the heart set out with me. I am leading you towards Easter in my Son. Pray for those whom my Son has chosen that they can always live through him and in him the High Priest. Thank you.
Another extraordinary message - the messages in the past year are really so profound and breath-taking - we are living in a blessed age when God has allowed the Mother of Jesus to teach us about the spiritual life. There is a wisdom there even greater than Solomon and all of the Doctors of the Church. Ave Maria
Again I see the plea for intercessory pray and the guidance of St. Francis: "Preach the gospel at all times. Use words if necessary.”
This is a very important message - our Lady says all of this in one message! She is leading the Legion of Mary: I am coming among you I am persistently calling you I am imploring you I am repeatedly warning you I am leading you Our Lady wants us to take refuge in the arms of her divine Son - she desires that her Son be 'impressed within' our souls that we be moulded in his image and likeness - dear children of God that is why you are suffering so much today. If you feel abandoned you are with Him in the Garden; if you are suffering want you are in the desert with Him; if your body suffers from illness he is with you carrying the cross; if your ego is crushed you are being crucified with Him - for our Lady tells us Jesus is the great High Priest who offered Himself as victim for our redemption and who intercedes for us with the Father. She urges us to live through Him and in Him - He who is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Darkness, great Darkness has descended upon poor humanity - it is a time unlike any other time - a time of hopelessness because the Light of Faith has almost been diminished - the world is entombed in such darkness of unbelief for many have not come to know the Love of the Son and will not recognise the Father in the time of His visitation. This time is a time of trial for each one of us - we are being tested and sifted - our Lady speaks to each one of us personally 'This is the time of your trial'. How can we survive this time of trial? Only by staying close to Jesus in the power of the Holy Spirit with the Rosary in one hand and the love of Gods burning in our Hearts - we are called and indeed chosen by Jesus to be Apostles of Light in this age of darkness. Like Noah and his family we are called to take refuge in the Ark of salvation - we need to find our peace in the motherly Heart of Mary and the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Our Lady leads us towards the Light of Easter the Light of the resurrection - the time of darkness will be dispelled by the Light of the Holy Spirit.
Rarely have a read a sentence that contains to much as the one in this message: This is a time of your trial. Our Lady addresses each one of us personally with this message. It follows upon a recent message where she revealed 'everything is falling apart'. This all reminds me of a prophecy given to Ralph Martin at Rome in 1975: http://www.markmallett.com/blog/2009/01/the-prophecy-at-rome/ Evil has seeped into the pours of our culture and the sense of sin is lost - evil will continue to spread exponentially and unabated until the Warning of Garabandal - sin reigns supreme and deception and evil contaminates the minds of many: http://jme.bmj.com/content/early/2012/02/22/medethics-2011-100411.full.pdf+html http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2012/mar/01/dutch-mobile-euthanasia-units/print but thankfully grace still abounds in an age of unbelief and sin: http://whyimcatholic.com/index.php/conversion-stories/jewish-converts/item/57-jewish-convert-tom-leopold
Garabandal, You've hit the nail on the head. Thank you! But so much to read and I have chores to do! Safe in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary!
That one line has been going over and over in my mind, that that, 'Your hour of trial is at hand'. But as soon as I read it, I thought of the words of Blessed Pope Jon Paul 2, 'Be not afraid' ..and it cheered me up. For if a man who had been through and was going through all he went through could still say , 'Be not afraid' I hope I can cope too. Excerpt From the Vatican, 24 January 2005, the Feast of Saint Francis de Sales, Patron Saint of Journalists. 14. The apostle Paul has a clear message for those engaged in communications (politicians, professional communicators, spectators), “Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak the truth, each one to his neighbor, for we are members one of another… No foul language should come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for needed edification, that it may impart grace to those who hear†(Eph 4: 25, 29). To those working in communication, especially to believers involved in this important field of society, I extend the invitation which, from the beginning of my ministry as Pastor of the Universal Church, I have wished to express to the entire world “Do not be afraid!†Do not be afraid of new technologies! These rank “among the marvelous things†– inter mirifica – which God has placed at our disposal to discover, to use and to make known the truth, also the truth about our dignity and about our destiny as his children, heirs of his eternal Kingdom. Do not be afraid of being opposed by the world! Jesus has assured us, “I have conquered the world!†(Jn 16:33) Do not be afraid even of your own weakness and inadequacy! The Divine Master has said, “I am with you always, until the end of the world†(Mt 28:20). Communicate the message of Christ’s hope, grace and love, keeping always alive, in this passing world, the eternal perspective of heaven, a perspective which no communications medium can ever directly communicate, “What eye has not seen, and ear has not heard, and what has not entered the human heart, what God has prepared for those who love him†(1Cor 2:9). To Mary, who gave us the Word of life, and who kept his unchanging words in her heart, do I entrust the journey of the Church in today’s world. May the Blessed Virgin help us to communicate by every means the beauty and joy of life in Christ our Savior. To all I give my Apostolic Blessing! Patron Saint of Journalists.
MARCH 2 MESSAGE TO MIRJANA .Dear children;...Pray to the Holy Spirit for my Son to be impressed within you. Thank you. In Luke's Gospel shortly after the Transfiguration, it says in 9:51: When the days drew near for him to be received up, he set his face to go to Jerusalem. The footnotes in my Bible indicate the words, to be received up, refer to his Ascension. So Jesus always had the fulfilment of his mission in mind which was: Passion, Death, Resurrection, Ascension...As Jesus left the Mount of Trasfiguration and set out for Jerusalem, his ultimate sacrifice was next on the agenda. This Friday past, in anticipation of today's Gospel on the Transfiguration, Mary makes the request, "Set out with me." Our Lady is leading us to the triumph of Easter, but presently we must endure this time of darkness and hopelessness, this time of trial. Unlike the first apostles who had not yet experienced Pentecost, Mary asks us to be filled with the Holy Spirit as apostles of divine light in this time of our passion. Armed with love and prayer (i.e. the Rosary), we are to follow her into the fray! What a privilege to be counted in the ranks of her Army! Wrapped in the Divine Mercy, we can be prepared for this Hour of Justice. As Jesus' trial culminated in the Sacrifice of the Cross, let us obey Our Lady's admonition to pray for our priests. In this our trial, and by means of our priests, let us more frequently participate in the Sacrifice of the Mass! May the joy of the Lord be our strength! Previous strongholds which we have relied on will fall within a year. Am I ready? Safe in the Father's Arms!
Beautiful reflections. It occurs to me that this is certainly one of the most beautiful Marian messages I have ever read. I was thinking of the phrase: Do not permit that by looking at you and your life, they are not overcome by a desire to come to know Him I was applying this to my own life and wondering . I have only ever known three people who said they had been converted by my example. Though I do know of more on whom I have had some influence. Not much I suppose for 56 years. I love reading the life of someone like St Francis Xavier who converted goodness knows how many hundreds of thousands. To say that someone might be 'overcome' by our witness is a very big deal indeed. But the light of love and faith is so fast fading from the world that any little light at all that we do manage to shed in it is inclined to shine like a beacon. James 5:20 Remember this: Whoever turns a sinner from the error of his way will save him from death and cover over a multitude of sins.
THIS IS A TIME OF YOUR TRIAL This powerful phrase pulsates with meaning - I discovered an interesting line in the Book of Revelation which speaks of a time of trial which is to come to the whole world. Revelation 3v10 'Because you have kept my commandment to persevere, I will keep you safe in the time of trial which is coming for the whole world, to put the people of the world to the test'.
Thank you Garabandal, for that quote from Revelation. It puts the prophecy into the now when combined with this message from Mary! I agree with Padraig, that though this particular line is very blunt and could be very scary, it isn't. It is stated as a fact, not as a warning. Therefore it feels to me like words of freedom! Now we know. THIS IS a time of our trial. No more speculating - is it, or isn't it? Will it be later, are we jumping the gun? etc. etc. Well...the answer is no. It isn't later anymore. IT IS NOW. See, even in that grave statement there is peace. It doesn't instill fear in me, it is a question answered. It is what it is. She's not threatening, she is simply and lovingly telling us how it is. And now we know what to do. She's been telling us what to do for 30 years (and a lot longer). Now it is time....she just said so. Whew. PS- has Mary ever called Jesus "High Priest" before? I find that very interesting in this message as it points us directly to the book of Revelation.
The time of trial is now; that is true, its being smothered in a grey mist that stops you from breathing; for instance work colleagues are amazed I go to mass all the time; this in Catholic Ireland! But the darkness deepens the time is fast approaching when we will be called to risk and give our very all, our jobs, our homes, our country, our families our very lives. Many of us will recieve the Crown of Martydom, make no mistake; Mary is indicating shedding our blood for the Faith.... This not only in far off lands but in our own comfortable homes in the West. I listened to a gay leader from Britain the other day describing Catholics as a bunch of intolerant bigots, that's martrydom talk... http://www.ibtimes.com/articles/310264/20120307/gay-marriage-slavery-britain-catholic-cardinal-lgbt.htm
