That’s in her book. But I also think that it’s revisionism, because if she died this minute there would be things she allegedly needs to reveal that no one else knows (she claims to have received a secret prayer from Our Lady that only she knows but needs to publish). Plus, the early books make it obvious that Fr. Petar and Mirjana will be the ones to publish the secrets.
I just found this in the parable of the marriage feast. Matthew 22:9-10 Go ye therefore into the highways; and as many as you shall find, call to the marriage. And his servants going forth into the ways, gathered together all that they found, both bad and good: and the marriage was filled with guests.
So interesting that it seems God will take Jakov early. Of all the visionaries I've seen, Jakov struck me as being very gentle and private, with something very special internally. Like a type of St. John, very dear to Jesus' heart. My favorite, though, is Vicka. Her smile is straight from Heaven and her eyes sparkle like stars.
When she grasped my hand, I felt lightning go through me. I have no doubt in my mind she's a saint. She suffers tremendously but has so much joy... I have a story I'd like to share with you if I can find it. It's kind of long to type it back out again, lol.
Vicka received the longest record (Jan 7, 1983 to Apr 10, 1985). Vicka’s is entitled “Life”, and will be published via a priest (similar to Mirjana with the secrets). Marija, Ivanka, and Jakov received abridgments (Jakov - until Apr 11, 1983, Ivanka - until May 22, 1983, and Marija - until July 17, 1983). Ivanka seemed to indicate once that hers could be published, but it could be only that Vicka’s will be released. No one talks about “Life” anymore, but it was written about more frequently in the 1980s. It also seems Mirjana received some sort of record of Mary’s life. But that might have been more in the form of visions than in a dictation. It’s strange because in an interview in the 1990s she says that she didn’t receive Our Lady’s life story, but in her book she does. So I don’t know when this was allegedly written down by her.
I met Archbishop Aldo 2 years ago and he struck me as a very kind and gentle soul. He came into the Irish Centre Cafe late at night and prayed with each of us individually. I was beyond impressed with him. He is lovely
More than that, the response against the authority of the Church is the most telling aspect: instead of submission and obedience, we got revolt. Something that Fr. Malachi Martin pointed out more than 30 years ago (among many other obviously questionable things that surround these "apparitions"): I particularly like how he contrasts it with Garabandal, which while still not approved is consistent in most aspects with La Salette, Fatima, Akita, etc.
From My Heart Will Triumph pg 187 Mirjana said, "When I thought about which priest I should choose to reveal the secrets, there was one in particular who always came to mind. Fr. Petar Ljubicic, a tall Franciscan with thick glasses and a welcoming smile. If he met people in need, he would give them food and accommodation. If he saw any orphans, he would find them a home. His heart was open to those who suffered, and he always wanted to give people hope. I respected him and identified with his compassion. and he was there for me anytime I needed to speak to a priest, so naturally I felt like he should be the one. When the time comes, however, it all depends on God's will and not mine. Although I've always wanted Fr. Petar to reveal the secrets, it doesn't necessarily have to be that way. What if the pope asks for them? He's also a priest, and I could never say no to the Holy Father."
Message from Medjugorje Serptember 25, 2024 (With Ecclesiastical approval) “Dear children! Out of love towards you, God has sent me among you, to love you and encourage you to prayer and conversion, for peace in you and in your families and in the world. Little children, do not forget that true peace comes only through prayer from God, Who is your peace. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (With Ecclesiastical approval)

I just had a very random thought. If three of the six visionaries have received parchments that are allegedly from heaven, wouldn't that mean that when the church was investigating this situation they had access to the parchments? If they still had a positive ruling despite that claim, that leads me to think that this is legit.
Just based on what I know of this apparition, Mirjana is the only visionary that received a parchment. Some of the others wrote in notebooks what the Virgin Mary dictated to them about her life. It was Vicka and Ivanka I believe that have notebooks containing their notes about the life of the Virgin Mary that they will share when the Virgin says they can share (publish) her lifestory.
All the six visionaries have secrets given to them by the Blessed Mother, but only Mirjana was given a parchment with them written down on the parchment. The others know the secrets from what the Virgin told them.
As I recall reading in Mirjana's book, she nearly lost the parchment during all of the turmoil of the war. It was amazing that she was able to recover it.
