Now its the GMO raping of the world. Killing our seeds, forcing farmers to do what they want, outlawing raw milk consumption, telling people they can't have gardens, and only certain animals. The list goes on and on and its a travesty. ITS ALL ABOUT CONTROL. and THAT is what communism is all about. It has unfolded slowly and insidiously and it is choking the life out of people, which is what they want. Its like boiling a toad...

It is alive and well here in the west, I believe it is called agenda 21. Al Gore is also a frontman, he has made billions.

Russia spread her errs across the world in the form of communism and religious persecution for many years. You can see evidence that this is changing with the growth of the Russian Orthodox faith, the restrictions on abortion, their leaders' public display of adoration to Mary, the protection of traditional marriage, the naming of their submarines after saints, etc., etc.

I think this is a clear sign that the consecration of Russia is approaching. It's not like this would happen all of a sudden... it is slow transformation of the Russian culture that builds up action by action. I wouldn't be surprised if occurs close to, or on the 100 year anniversary of the Fatima apparitions (July 13th, 2017).

 

According to the news source Interfax, Russia is will be taking part in the reconstruction of a historical and religious center in Bethlehem, in particular, the area around the Church of the Nativity. Interfax cited numerous papers circulated throughout the region. This report was ahead of a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas.

MOSCOW — At the height of the Cold War, it was common for American conservatives to label the officially atheist Soviet Union a “godless nation.”
More than two decades on, history has come full circle, as the Kremlin and its allies in the Russian Orthodox Church hurl the same allegation at the West.

“Many Euro-Atlantic countries have moved away from their roots, including Christian values,” Russian President Vladimir Putin said in a recent keynote speech. “Policies are being pursued that place on the same level a multi-child family and a same-sex partnership, a faith in God and a belief in Satan. This is the path to degradation.”
In his state of the nation address in mid-December, Mr. Putin also portrayed Russia as a staunch defender of “traditional values” against what he depicted as the morally bankrupt West. Social and religious conservatism, the former KGB officer insisted, is the only way to prevent the world from slipping into “chaotic darkness.”
As part of this defense of “Christian values,” Russia has adopted a law banning “homosexual propaganda” and another that makes it a criminal offense to “insult” the religious sensibilities of believers.
The law on religious sensibilities was adopted in the wake of a protest in Moscow’s largest cathedral by a female punk rock group against the Orthodox Church’s support of Mr. Putin. Kremlin-run television said the group’s “demonic” protest was funded by “some Americans.”
Mr. Putin’s views of the West were echoed this month by Patriarch Kirill I of Moscow, the leader of the Orthodox Church, who accused Western countries of engaging in the “spiritual disarmament” of their people.
In particular, Patriarch Kirill criticized laws in several European countries that prevent believers from displaying religious symbols, including crosses on necklaces, at work.

“The general political direction of the [Western political] elite bears, without doubt, an anti-Christian and anti-religious character,” the patriarch said in comments aired on state-controlled television.
“We have been through an epoch of atheism, and we know what it is to live without God,” Patriarch Kirill said. “We want to shout to the whole world, ‘Stop!’”
Other figures within the Orthodox Church have gone further in criticizing the West. Archpriest Vsevolod Chaplin, a church spokesman, suggested that the modern-day West is no better for a Christian believer than the Soviet Union.
Soviet authorities executed some 200,000 clergy and believers from 1917 to 1937, according to a 1995 presidential committee report. Thousands of churches were destroyed, and those that survived were turned into warehouses, garages or museums of atheism.
“The separation of the secular and the religious is a fatal mistake by the West,” the Rev. Chaplin said. “It is a monstrous phenomenon that has occurred only in Western civilization and will kill the West, both politically and morally.”
The Kremlin’s encouragement of traditional values has sparked a rise in Orthodox vigilantism. Fringe groups such as the Union of Orthodox Banner Bearers, an ultraconservative movement whose slogan is “Orthodoxy or Death,” are gaining prominence.
Patriarch Kirill has honored the group’s leader, openly anti-Semitic monarchist Leonid Simonovich, for his services to the Orthodox Church. The Banner Bearers, who dress in black paramilitary uniforms festooned with skulls, regularly confront gay and liberal activists on the streets of Moscow.

So now Russia is "good and Godly" and the US is not? Maybe in a few states for sure but try telling that to all the "fly-over" states where we all hang on to our God and guns too much!!

I stand by what I said on another post. There are no two sides when it comes to politics in a nation and/or politics between nations. It is all a rouse to make you think that the sides are against each other when they really all work for the same bosses. The only two sides are between the side of God and the side of the Devil. I know where all you good people stand so that gives me comfort and hope.

The problem I see for the "fly over" states in the USA is they dismiss Our Lady and relegate her to playing a role in Nativity scenes during Christmas. In Russia they have a strong devotion to the Blessed Mother. When Putin went to Rome to visit with the Pope he brought an Icon of the Madonna and Child - they both kissed the precious icon. A USA politician kissing an icon is inconceivable.

I am blessed to live in Cincinnati, Ohio which is a very, very, very Catholic city in a flyover state.

 

I understand but "fly overstates" is a clique and I used a clique as well saying that the fly over states are mostly made up of protestants. my apologies

 

My question is simply this, is Putin right about the "Godless" west and if so, where does that leave us (west) as far as prophecies of Our Lady, bible,saints, etc?

 

All smoke and mirrors to deceive. Russia and its annihilation of countries comes next. Then comes the consecration of Russia by the Pope and Bishops of the world. Do you not see this? It is in every major prophecy. Wake up.

 

Putin is right about the Godless west. However, he is forgetting about his own godlessness, masked as a saint of Russia. He is the same brutal dictator he always has been. Do not be deceived. Once he pulls of his mask it is lights out for all of Europe.

 

Cunning as Satan is he. Now if he had gone to the pope and asked for his confession for brutally killing those who oppose him, that might indicate his sorrow. Not going to happen. Slippery as a snake is he. His last trick will be to invite the Pope to Russia. The media will have a hay day with this and will be hailing Putin as a saint. Then the pope returns to the Vatican and Russia begins its brutal murder against all of Europe, right into the Vatican and its decimation.
