I agree it was reported in a confusing way. Priests are not banned from saying Mass. Tbey are banned from saying public Masses. Priests can leave their houses any time they want within the 5km restrictions same as the rest of us. Priests can go to church any time they want tbe churches are not locked except when Mass is being celebrated. I realise this all sounds pedantic and I'm not justifying any of the restrictions. Just clarifying to avoid confusion.
I feel I'm being very pedantic altogether today but the Govt have only to point to Para. 2 to justify their actions as legal.
Thank you for the clarity, but can't you see how ridiculous it is to lock....Churches when Mass is being celebrated. Mosques are not subject to the locked door law.....they can attend their services in Ireland. The devil gets to be worshipped but not God.
It’s all very well to look at the legal aspect. It’s worth taking the matter to a court of law. It’s worth signing petitions. But let’s not deceive ourselves or be naive. They’re coming for the mass. That was the plan all along and it’s been revealed in many credible prophetic messages. The mass is the ultimate restrainer, the last katechon. But just as surely the triumph of Mary’s Immaculate Heart will come.

When you consider the Faith has not been taught in Irish schools for 40 or 50 years, it becomes clear and obvious why the Garda are acting like the gestapo and aggressively pouncing on their fellow men who still do want to put God before the government. Of course the same lack of catechesis applies to those who attend universities in Ireland as seems to have poisoned universities in other countries, where we hear lecturers treat belief in God and His Son Jesus Christ like fairy stories for the naïve. I expect many of those who have been appointed to the Irish government are the spawn of just such universities and their God hating professors. So they are going to be promoting the atheist/humanist garbage that is bringing Ireland to the brink of hell, along with many other former Christian countries. People are going to have no choice but to stand for God's Laws or stand for man made rules, like sheep and goats or chaff and wheat. We just have to Keep Watch and Pray.
