Mark would you be able to explain what is meant by political liberalism and religious indifferentism and iin what ways the Church may have been affected?
A document was unveiled named the Alta Vendita, purportedly produced by the highest lodge of the Carbonari. It detailed a plan for long term subversion of the Catholic Church by political liberalism, with the goal of promoting religious indifferentism, gradually eating away at Catholic dogma from within, to leave the Church a mere shell. Both Pope Pius IX and Pope Leo XIII requested that the document be published to the general public. Indeed Leo XIII called for the faithful to "tear away the mask from Freemasonry" in his encylical Humanum Genus published in 1884.[3] It was that same year that Dillon put together what would become the contents of this book for a lecture in Edinburgh named the Spoliation of Propaganda.[5]

I’ve skimmed the Alta Vendita, but I haven’t read it or studied it. Over the years, I’ve actually read quite a bit of the work produced by our opponents (I sometimes refer to them as "agents of the darkness"). Shirley Maclaine is light-hearted fluff compared to some of the filth I’ve read. After a while, it makes your soul ache. When I got to the Alta Vendita, I simply couldn’t stomach any more. I should probably get it out again…
There is so much here, much like a puzzle or can I say like a murder mystery,..I know that sounds a little harsh but according to Pope Leo Xlll Satan was given at least 100 yrs. to try to destroy the Catholic Church. I very much liked the article you posted by Michael Davies. The comparison between the Latin and the Norvus Ordo Mass.,...It is very telling, and I don't think the majority of Catholics really understand what has transpired in regards to the changes. I will be doing a little more research and I'm sure I'll be thinking up more questions for you Thank you...

The following quotes in the link you sent really struck me as I feel the greatest attack has been upon the Priesthood. When terminologies are twisted and people are standing side by side with the priest distributing communion, it takes away from the role of the High Priest,..and thier is no distinction. Rubics are not being adhered to. The Mass turns into a great celebration and something is lost. I have seen so many abuses within my own parish. I have turned to the Latin Mass a few towns away. The reverence there even amongst the youngest child is incredible....there is silence...and time spent with Him....I also have a problem with communion in the hand because I know it all came about through the disobedience of two priests and has spread like wild fire and people think it is the norm,...when in fact it isn't.

    18. Domine Jesu Christe, qui dixisti.
This prayer did not occur in the Sarum rite but contains nothing to which a Protestant could object beyond the words "ne respicias peccata mea" in which the priest asks forgiveness for his personal sins. This is another prayer distinguishing between the priest and layman, and in the Novus Ordo Missae "peccata mea" has been changed to "peccata nostra" - "our sins."

    19. Domine Jesu Christi, Fili Dei and Perceptio Corporis tui.
Modified versions of these prayers are included in the Novus Ordo Missae, one of which the priest says in his personal capacity before Communion. It is a matter for some satisfaction that such a prayer is included. Too much significance should not be attached to to use of realistic language regarding the Real Presence in these prayers. It was primarily sacrificial language which the Reformers wished to eliminate. They were able to reconcile the use of language apparently expressing belief in the Real Presence with their own theories e.g. Cranmer's prayer cited in Cranmer's Godly Order, p. 108.
