Yes it would constitute religious undifferentiated, the idea that all religious s lead to the same place. The very heresy that dominated the Amazon Synod.

Even very good and holy souls such as the American monk Thomas Merton have been deceived by this. He thought for instance that Zen Buddhist monks might be in contemplative prayer or even Spiritual Marriage, the poor man.

But the root of all heresy is pride.

I think the real occurrence in medjugorje was that a muslim predicted the occurrences in medjugorje before they happened. Nothing about being the best prayer. I remember reading this on a medjugorje book either by mirjana or sister Emmanuel.

 

Here is what Our Lady DID UNDOUBTEDLY say in Medjugorje: "Message on July 25th, 2021 (Marija)
“Dear children! I am calling you to be prayer for all those who do not pray. Little children, witness with your lives the joy that you are mine and God will heed your prayers and give you peace in this peaceless world where pride and selfishness reign. Little children, you be generous and be the love of my love, so that pagans can feel that you are mine and convert to my Immaculate Heart. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

This is perfectly clear and Perfectly Catholic. Our Lady wants pagans, even good pagans, to convert to Her Immaculate Heart to be saved. Clearly and Perfectly Catholic.

I love my country India, and pray for its salvation, but unfortunately there is a lot of paganism/polytheism/serving false gods/idol worship here. When we evangelize here in India, we Christians try to tell our Hindu friends that we will lose so many of God's Blessings and Graces if we serve other false gods/worship idols. Pray for us. Anyway, I see nothing at all objectionable or offensive in Our Lady's Messages in Medjugorje, and I've read hundreds or thousands of them. The above is very clear.
