You're right CD and like most, I don't mind discussions or observations that lead to more insights or further prayer. I should have said that it's the comments made in the wrong spirit, the snide remarks with condescending tones which are increasingly polluting this forum, which I was asking if they could be moved elsewhere. There are no restrictions on any thread about discussion. If the discussion becomes too caustic or toxic, Padraig has historically intervened. For myself, I can only say that I am finding plenty of battle in my real life - when I come here, the last thing I want is another battle. I've always seen Our Lady's forum as a place to share and learn more about my faith. Sincere, honest questions certainly help with that. But when the discussions begin to mirror what I see in the world, as if we were all judges on a reality show, or talking heads bolstering a candidate while tearing another down, it turns my stomach. Does the "threat from space" refer to the comet or dwarf star of prophecies, or perhaps a solar storm projected by the sun? Is the darkness a result of massive power outages? And although the elites do strive to manipulate and control all peoples, the Hand of God directs the course of history: ...the signs guide us towards the nearness of the examination of consciences. A few years back , Peter, I saw a video of a certain very famous Italian Cardinal , who has since died and who was metioned many times as Papeabile (someone who could very possibly be made Pope. ) In the video the Cardinal had just written a new book (the last of very many) and the priests of his huge Italian archdiocese were al laround him, smiling and dleighted being presented with copies of his book. The Cardinal presnted a venerable, very Holy aspect and it his priests quite clearly adored the guy. He appeareared to be a Great and very Saintly shepherd among his huge and adoring flock. But I can only say, Peter I was filled with a Holy horro adn dread when I looked upon him Peter. Filled with dread that he might be made Pope, whic hthank God never happened. On another occasion her in Ireland I saw a priest here in Ireland, a huge media figure, again adored and vernerated , a huge author known everywhere, lionised. But by accident I saw him say mass. I saw at once on the altar surrounded by demons , delighted in him and enjoying the fact that they had in effect the EUcharitic Lord captive because of him. In Rome at Christmas I was horrified at what I prayerfully saw there. Nothing would surprise me anymore. There is as you say a whole literature which confirms the presence of Freemasonary in the Church. At this level it is the very worst kind of Saanism . We must pray much.
