Peter posted a recent message from Itapiranga that seems to imply an attack on Good Friday. And there is also the recent message released by Vassula that contains an urgent prayer request, and all of this happening while asteroids are lighting up skies daily (see the latest here) and we have news of two close fly-by comets that will come quite close by in Holy Week, possibly trailing debris. We give thanks to God on this very special day when I wish to give a brief sketch in broad terms of the story that continues to be eternal present. Looking back with true thankfulness to Heaven, I cannot go on without first sharing with my brothers how grateful I am for so many captivating demonstrations of Love, Mercy, and Strength, after our Most Holy Mother stretched out Her Maternal Hand to me, unworthy creature, to lead me to Her Son Jesus Christ. I do not forget that very first time—although every time Christ or our Mother visits me it is still like the first time. I remember those almond-shaped, beautiful, penetrating, honey-colored eyes with which our Mother looked at me and captivated me when I felt that my soul in a single act was filled with Maternal Love. Our Mother laid out for me the entire path that Her Son intended for me to follow in what is now the Mission. I was led with so much Love that our Mother’s Heart took me to see—not with the eyes of the body, but with the soul itself—everything She was saying, clearly and in detail, and to which, in my human free will, I answered yes! Beforehand I knew, because the Mother had assured me of it, that I would not be left out of Her Protection, as long as I remained along the Way in Divine and not human will. Great eagerness remained in me after that First Supreme Encounter when I noted the great goodness of Heaven as They looked and look at me, and I do not feel worthy. During those early years, the Most Holy Mother had an objective, which is still the same one today: Nullify the human will. A notebook and a ballpoint pen were part of the first requirements from the Queen of Heaven, so that I would remember what She was telling me. At that instant I did not know that the notes would be part of the early writings of a long, painstaking, tested, persecuted, but delightfully lived process by the side of the One to whom She, the Blessed Teacher, would present me later, after several years: Christ! Christ, King of Heaven and Earth, together with His Most Holy Mother, came to offer me water and honey, consolation and, at the same time, advance warning of the thorns along the way, showing me His Cross, which is not only Pain but also Mercy and Glory at the same time. Divine Strength was reinforced with the caress of His Words and the energy of His Voice which, relentless, allowed me no rest as He let me know His Will for me—impotent, minute, unworthy, and as many epithets as there can be to define how I felt at that instant—and Christ, looking at me, in anticipation, rushes to captivate me with His exalted Love and stills me completely. Outside of me, of the surroundings where I was, of the world itself, all was peace, stillness, blessing, and love that ran through me and took me to the depths of His Heart where He showed me the sufferings of His Passion and the continuous, certain, trusting, and silent surrender of His Most Holy Mother to the Father’s Will. Mother and Teacher… Mother and Follower… Mother and Disciple… Mother and Queen… When I saw the tenderness with which my beloved Jesus Christ looks at His Mother and takes Her Hand, at that instant my heart controlled my will and said YES! Maybe some people ignore that Heaven takes what the world despises in order to show the Greatness of Heaven by transforming one of Their creatures into something the world cannot imagine. On several occasions when I have come to feel discouragement because of the trials, our Mother captivates me anew giving me the sweet consolation of Her Celestial Fragrances of the oil that exudes from the image of the Queen of Peace—manifestation that continues to date—along with what I call glitter, tiny sparkling bits that descend and become visible; consolation like a sweet or a piece of candy that a Mother gives Her child so he will cry no more. Then, all suffering is forgotten, and joy and thankfulness overwhelm all moods and give me renewed strength, not because I ask for this but because this is the way Heaven acts: Gives and encourages; encourages and surrenders. I don't know. I have a hard time buying any of these any more. You can say, it coordinates with what a lot of others are saying. At the same time, couldnt you say sure she can say this, because it coordinates with what others are saying with her own spin on it? The Internet clogs the thinking here for me.
Up to you what you think of all this, but it's not just a matter of purported messages - which in the original Spanish I find have considerable force and internal consistency - : there is the question of the video evidence of multiple alleged supernatural manifestations to deal with as well. Those don't come out of someone's imagination (unless like those who tried unsuccessfully to debunk Akita you want to advance a theory based on the 'ectoplasmic' argument that some people can provoke bleeding through external objects). These are either a) deliberate fraud - which I find hard to believe given that there is an accountability structure in operation here in the form of team of religious and laypeople around Luz de Maria (who on the strength of the website's material don't appear to be fanatics of the Bayside variety; some of their answers to various objections are very well-argued theologically) b) demonic in origin - which would fly completely against the theological/pedagogical content of the messages, which incidentally map very well onto some of Pope Francis's teaching in Laudato Si regarding the environment as well as offering what I personally find a compelling reading of the dangers of the misuse of science and technology c) Divine signs. Judge for yourself...
I presume (possibly incorrectly) that "the present instant is an instant" means the the present time is short or fleeting. Heaven seems to describe time differently than we do here on earth. So maybe an "instant" to them would mean "soon" to us, whereas when messages from Heaven refer to "soon" it usually seems to mean several years away. For what it's worth, that's just my guess!
It is a failed prophecy. I don't even know if they (authors) are male or female...but the definition of "the instant" is "the Warning".(See April 5th 2015 message) They say the "presence instant is an instant". They stated this on March 26th...which is Good Friday. We already know some thought it the date of the Warning...so they used devious cryptic language so that if it was the date of the Warning...they would have there bases covered. If it was not the real date of the Warning they have plausible deniability using the cryptic language. They simply were saying the Warning would be on March 26...wrong! This is just my own cynical opinion
I sometimes adopt the same cynical stance, but this time it can't be what you are saying. Mainly because Good Friday was the day before the 26th (March 25th was Good Friday). I get the sense that this points subtly to the Feast of Divine Mercy.
I got the same sense that the descriptive term "instant" is meant to convey a finite time that is shorter than "soon" as well.

andree, My husband has an interest in Options trading and for a long time, I've shared with him, the Market is going to crash says Heaven. He replies with "yes, it is going to be like 08." No! It will be far worse!
What is newsworthy is that this seems to say we are near the Illumination and close to the time of the Antichrist. I am not sure I accept this.

The messages reveal we will not feel the spiritual pain of seeing confessed sins, maybe a reason the messages speak about the illumination so often.
