Yes SB at times I do sense such things, in this case I could sense a black entity very near him. But it wasn't there when I came back from lough derg.
Wow, gosh Padraig has done great work bringing together on this forum so many people graced by God. I guess sometimes seeing things like that can be a mixed blessing though?
Well said SB! Yes it is a mixed blessing, sometimes I can be in company or at a talk etc and while others are blissfully enjoying the craic or the graces of the present moment, I can be in prayerful battle with some unseen visitors. Or sometimes the Lord shows me hurts etc in a person's life and I would be focused on that. It is a mixed blessing because my spirit is always on high alert as to what is going on behind the scenes in a situation or a person's life, and it can be hard to relax and just enjoy life! I was at a talk a couple of years ago given by a person who was making a big name for themselves in prayer ministry and at the talk claimed they were given special spiritual discernment gifts. I was sitting at the back of the hall and in my spirit, could see two witches in a corner. I felt they had followed the speaker from overseas. I wondered why the speaker could not see them, given the special gifts they claimed to have? I spoke with the speaker afterwards and voiced my concerns. They said they had been involved in praying for deliverance from witchcraft in a cemetery in another country a few days prior to coming for the talk. My concerns increased when they seemed kinda glad they had some company and seemed quite happy not to pray against it. This person is not in ministry anymore due to them not protecting themselves adequately. It was a hard lesson for them to learn but perhaps the Lord was protecting some vulnerable soul too.
I absolutely apologize if this is too personal but is this then the cross in your life that you mentioned on another thread? (Don't answer if you don't want to, you could always PM instead.) Btw did you ever think of writing up any of that stuff, you could even do a book on it?
I don't mind at all SB, no this is not the cross I carry! I don't think too many people would be interested in my writings lol.... my life is very ordinary, just like most people's.
