Oh my gosh! Thats the second or third time I've read that message and each and every time my heart ACHES!!!!! Seriously. It is truth. I feel like I cannot do without my computer. I WANT to communicate with those who think and feel like I do. I want to write, I want to read , I want to research. The only way I do that is on the computer. God have mercy on me. I feel so weak I am pitiful!! What a crock. I've had my computer crash so many times and felt like crying because of something like pictures , stories, documents etc. disappearing, yet most of the time I'm like....burn the house down Lord. See if I care, take it all, just keep my precious family safe in your loving arms. Most of the time I feel like I have divested myself of world things and entertainments. I think I might just be fooling myself....just put me in a padded room! What a dilemma.
Well, there are certainly worse ways to use the Internet than browsing religious websites! I wonder if in the tribulations to come the World Wide Web will cease to function or be less accessible, or perhaps will be dangerous to use. Then we would need to rely more on our local communities and of course our own prayer life to survive. Maybe now is the time to at least begin to lessen our dependence on the Internet and deepen our communion with God.

A small group can inflict great damage, if they are willing to lay down their lives for their beliefs. This is the new menace. There are weapons of mass destruction and people willing to give their lives. They answer to no nation and are not limited to one country. They move where they wish and are willing to accept these great sacrifices for the cause that they believe in. They cannot be attacked in the usual way because they work secretly. Their union is a matter of the heart, their common belief in the rise of Islam. Such is the nature of the great threat that encompasses Israel and my beloved Jerusalem, where my Son’s blood was shed. These are the demonic goals and how many helpers he has, those whom he has raised to power and whom he safeguards in their positions. I will disrupt his plans and undo many of his strategies but this is not enough. It will just mean a delay, a putting off and a pushing back. There must be my full and complete intervention. 10. The Rosary (June 8, 2013) Mary In these floods of destruction, I hold out my Immaculate Heart. This is the new ark of Noah and it openly invites all the world to enter. O reader, I am with you, close to you, saving you. You need not seek me in faraway places (although my shrines are filled with blessings). You need only believe my words. Let me speak them again so they are written on your heart. I am your mother. I foresee all the events that are unfolding. These events are chosen by mankind who has set aside the light and teachings of my Son, Jesus. Although mankind has chosen this path, I will offer to each person a different way. By believing and trusting in me, everyone can enter into the safety of my Immaculate Heart (the new Ark). The door is the rosary. 5. The Drama of Human History Print This Post Dec 23rd, 2012 Jesus All ask how this will end. The answer lies in the hands of the human race. God does not write history. He does not tell each person the role they are to play. He creates each person and has a reason for each person’s existence. All, however, are free. As they freely act on the stage of life, human history evolves and comes forth. How does God guide history if all depends on man’s free will? He stirs up his chosen ones. He places great desires in their hearts. He enlightens their minds, shows them what to do and blesses their undertakings. Some he makes warriors who destroy evil. Others, he makes builders who provide for many. Still others, he calls in a special way to himself so they can guide all in his ways. You, reader, I call to this special task. You are on the stage of human history. You have a free will and some years left in your life. If you are willing to offer yourself, I will raise you up to save human history. I've read these messages before, but never noticed this bit about the Blessed Mother preparing us to receive the Father's blessing, like Rebecca. (I always guessed she'd have to sneak me in to the company of the elect!) This is the preparation for the blessing of Jacob: 1 And now Isaac was old, and his eyes had grown so dim that he saw nothing. One day he called to his elder son Esau, My son! and when he answered, I am here, at thy command, 2 See, his father said, how old a man I have grown; there is no telling how soon I may be overtaken by death. 3 Come, fetch that armoury of thine, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out hunting; when thou hast slain thy quarry, 4 make me a roast dish, such as I love well, and bring it me to eat. Interpreting this spiritually, Mary prepares us to be like the firstborn son, Jesus, so that from the Father we will receive the blessing and inheritance due to that firstborn son (something that is not ours by right). Our Mother wants to help us be co-heirs with Christ but first we must come to her and trust her.

what is quite amazing is the line I bolded about Mary imploring us to come to her so she can prepare us as Rebecca prepared Jacob. Well...in de Montfort's True Devotion to Mary, St. Louis used this very example of the relationship between Rebecca & Jacob as what we should be striving for in our relationship with our blessed mother!! He writes a whole chapter on this, and how Jacob was obedient to his mother, loved her dearly, and tried to emulate her and this is how we should be to our heavenly mother. I'll put the link for that chapter at the end, and I've pasted below what de Montfort says about Jacob and the blessing: Through obedience to his mother, Jacob received the blessing almost by a miracle, because in the natural course of events he should not have received it. As a reward for following the advice of our Lady, the stewards at the wedding in Cana were honoured with the first of our Lord's miracles when, at her request he changed water into wine. In the same way, until the end of time, all who are to receive the blessing of our heavenly Father and who are to be honoured with his wondrous graces will receive them only as a result of their perfect obedience to Mary.
