The spiritual warfare is off the charts around here too. The old saying "when you're drawing flak you are over the target" is spot on. I have increased prayer and Adoration time because of deep concerns about family members especially one granddaughter. As soon as I increased prayer all sorts of things gave gone wrong.
Haha. Yes, a little different than face masks and massages. It’s learning ways of self preservation in the spiritual life. Recognizing our dignity before God and that we can’t possibly be at everyone’s beck and call without nurturing our relationship with God. Over BUSY means “ burdened under satan's yoke.” No time alone to hear Gods still small voice or grow in self knowledge in our spiritual life.
It is profound and true. We all must use our suffering for whatever Our Lord wishes. Only He knows best. I tell Him that I understand that, but for me, the crucible often seems too much, yet here I am.

Yes, you can pray for me and our family too. We have lots of little difficulties. Nothing compared to yours, though. But that's probably because we are weak, so the Lord gives us relatively light crosses, and it still feels so heavy. I need more spiritual exercise. So so He has osteoarthritis and COPD . His lungs are not good. And memory - short term not so great. I guess all of a sudden we are getting Old. I really hope he will feel better . He is very loving. I thank all for prayers and continue praying for all on here . We haven’t heard from our son since over a year. We are praying for healing for him. I remember when they were growing up trying to be on the ball with them and try teach them to be good decent holy people but Addictions were stronger. Now I’m praying asking God and Mother Mary to save his soul and the rest of the family.
