Going through terrible darkness at the moment.

The darkness seems to come on every night after six o clock accompanied by great suffering and feelings of abandonment. It is very difficult.

 

Suffering terribly and feeling abandoned by God at the moment.

 

The suffering and abandonment are terrible

 

Why am I suffering so much. Have I done something wrong

 

Prayed for you earlier Sanctus

Will keep you in my Rosary.

Meditate on our Lord in the Garden, you are one with him there in your personal Gethsemane.

May I suggest offering up your feelings of abandonment and suffering for the intentions of our Blessed Mother?

 

I prayed the rosary for you and for Miker today. May this time of darkness pass soon.

I also feel the darkness at times.

Miker and Sanctus are not alone in this. I've certainly experienced it from time to time like you Carol. I am convinced it is a kind of purification. Difficult to endure for sure. Pruning hurts.
