Regarding Medjugorje possibly being false - judge by the fruits. Many conversions, vocations, people returning to.the Sacraments after many years of being away from the church, many miracles. Would there be good fruit if the tree were bad and would this be what the enemy wants? I have been to Medjugorje and have seen wonders happening there. Please believe those who have been there and have experienced the love of Our Lady for Her children. God bless you.
It is true if we start name calling we have already lost the argument. It is a big turn off to most people. Including I am sure Our Blessed Mother , whose forum this is. If you can't be sweet you'll have to be beat.

Could you expound? Both Medjugorje and Fatima, however, are in fact private revelations. Obviously Fatima is approved and Medjugorje is not. Is that what you mean?

I totally agree that we should not pass judgement on what is taking place, but rather should be in a state of constant prayer and penance. The Holy Spirit will protect the Church even if it means having to work through the weaknesses of men to accomplish what He wants done. There is no time to waste - pray rosaries and divine mercies over and over again along with spending time before the Blessed Sacrament and go to daily Mass if possible.
I think we need to pray especially for the Holy Spirit to guide the church under Pope Francis. It is hard to hear that Al Gore and Raul Castro think highly of him. That makes me wonder. May God protect us all.
My wife and I made a pilgrimage to Medjugorje during Easter week in 1995. After Holy Thursday services, we walked out of St. James Church around midnight. We saw people looking up. When we did, we saw a most beautiful celestial display. The moon looked like a host and was surrounded by a golden halo. Farther out was a rainbow completely surrounding them both! at midnight. I believe that the Medjugorje Miracle will take Holy Thursday 2017.
