Three Catholic Churches in Dunedin here in New Zealand closed their doors for the last time last week. That even made the news. In my area we have one priest between three parishes. Ordinary working people cannot go to mass at the times provided. Confession is set for half an hour a week during working hours. Yes The Warning is close. During the week we have two masses at most in our town. It is already becoming harder to practise religion.
Thank you Padraig for your prayers ! And thank you for your solidarity with the victims in Brussels. I am ok here in Brussels. Since I have my car, I do no want to use anymore the metro. Some people laughed at this, but now we see what can happen in metro's. Metro Maalbeek is one I used very often and it is very near to the offices where I worked before, in fact it is just in front.... Now I pass every morning in car very near to this metro and the attack happened 10 minutes after I passed. I do not even know if old colleagues were present during this attack because the EU institutions are all closed now during 6 days. I work now in one of the buildings of the Parliament, not far away from metro Maalbeek. I suffer for all those lives lost and families destroyed. MY CHILDREN, WHAT ARE YOU DOING ? WHEN KILLING OTHER PEOPLE YOU ARE KILLING YOUR SOULS FOR ETERNITY !
So sad to see this happening Joe It's not that bad yet where I live but you can see it coming. This loss of priests is the world's own fault and we are suffering the consequences...
Well!!! ..... If we lose our Priests and Churches will we all just plant ourselves in a depressed heap in a dark corner!!?? HELL NO!!! All here have The Faith instilled within and we will "Press-On" with that Faith come what may. The Church is only a vehicle that makes the journey on The Path to Jesus-n-Salvation easier. If that vehicle breaks down we will "dismount and fight on foot" and satan will not prevail! Jesus did not say: I'm always with you ..... in the confines of your local church. Did He!? .... Eh!!??? GOD SAVE ALL HERE!!
Gung ho and well intentioned comment Crew Dog. I would hope for nothing less from you. FYI I travel wherever I can to get to mass and the sacraments. Most people can't. Difficulty in practising the faith is one of the signs that Warning is near. That's all I was saying. At ease airman.
i think the main issue is the shortage of priests. Obviously only through the power of the hands of a priest can ordinary bread and wine be transubstantiated into the Body and Blood of Jesus. I imagine there will need to be contingencies for preparing larger amounts of blessed hosts that would need to be taken care of and we would have more Communion Services. Perhaps the Pope or Bishops will provide guidance at sone point. I also wonder if bishops will need to lay hands upon men with less training and confer the priesthood on them? I know in the long run, it will work out.

I don't know if this means anything but-- as I was getting ready to leave for mass this morning the five-medal cross I have worn for over 20 years fell from around my neck and down the drain of my bathroom sink. I asked my husband if he thought we could retrieve it and he said yes, but we had to empty the cabinet below so he could get to it. While he went to get his tools I emptied the cabinet and could not believe all of the blessed candles, salt and holy water I had stached in there. I got the feeling that maybe I should be taking stock of it all and having it ready in case I needed to share it with others. I also found an article about the end-days remedies to have on hand. Just saying...!!!
I beleive that God removes one bridge He always builds another. There have been times ,especailly travelling in other countries when getting to mass seemed impossible. But if we cannot get to the Eucharist the Eucharist come sto us. God is notlimited. However if I happened to live in an area or a coutnry were there was no Church I would have to move. I suffer intense hunger without the Eucharist, I beleive I could not go on now wtihout it. For me it truly is the Bread of Life itself. I have no idea how folks manage without it.
Elisa, It is a very scary situation and I am praying for peace in your city and country. Joe, I think it is good that we share this type of information so we get a picture of what is happening in the world. What has been happening in the last several years where I live is Catholic elementary schools have been closing. I think this is both a result of the number of students has been dropping in general and people believe that the public schools offer a better education. It may also be due to financial reasons. But I don't personally know of any Catholic churches that have closed. I do believe that the number of priests that are native Americans is down though. I was born in 1963 and although I attended Catholic school for 12 years, I never heard of Garabandal until recently. I knew about Fatima and Lourdes but that was it. I look forward to The Warning and The Miracle because I think that when these things happen the apparition(s) will be approved by the church and a very important message will finally be made well known. I believe that it will be very comforting for Catholics to know the details of the message that Our Lady wanted us all to know. I admit that I am fearful of what may happen when The Warning comes but I believe that ultimately it will be positive.
Elsia, I was listening to the news and I noticed that there was a third bomb due to go to Brussels airport. This bom was much bigger than the other two and if it had gone off the death toll would have been huge. But the taki driver refused to transport it as he said he had no room. I see the watchful Hand of God in this. It is the protection of the Holy Angles brought about by the prayers of the good people in Belgium . This must be a source of the greatest consolation to you ,as it is to me. God has not altogether withdraw the prtoect of the angles. Let us pray this continues. Let us fast and pray.

It is virtually impossible to predict the dates of the warning and miracle despite the fact we have a number of clues. One important consideration is that the Pope will go to Moscow. And hostilities will then break out --- the warning comes after this. But then again I did think Joey Lomangino was going to be alive for the Warning & Miracle.
Conte, Maria Divine Mercy and other phonies had me going when I first decided to delve into Catholic Prophecy a few years ago ... and why I'm so adamant about not letting yourself become distracted, confused and discouraged by anything that causes you to lose your "Target Acquisition Lock-On" .... the target is Jesus and Salvation. We were warned centuries ago that phonies, well meaning and evil, would be "Out-There" looking to do us harm in times when we are most susceptible ..... LIKE ... RIGHT NOW! ..... THE STORM!! poor Ron Conte....he has been wrong so many times with his predictions....but he keeps plugging away. Trust God....I don't need a date....just an action plan (that is a reminder for myself, nobody here)
Changing my original post because I found the answer here. I need to remember to do a search first before asking a question. In any case, I wanted confirmation that the Vatican knows the date of the Miracle and I found that confirmation on this site. I asked about this for mainly one reason. I feel since the Vatican knows the date I would think the residents of Garabandal will notice stirrings (people from Rome coming in) possibly a bit before the warning or least reservations being made. Maybe this is when we will know that it is imminent(???). Just a thought.
