yes AED! The world is in chaos and the only news we can rely on and trust is the word of God. All things will pass, but the word of God will not. We hold onto that....and that alone.
That is surely a flag for me.... I also remember a few years back when Charlie made proven false claims that those who followed his advise had made financial decisions that ruined them. This alone was enough for me let alone his predictions were false. He did not go away as he himself said he would if he was wrong....another false claim. I fear good, well intentioned people of faith are still willing to give him attention again simply because a lot of what he is saying isn’t wrong, but simply echoes many things we ourselves believe. However, he was also sanctioned by the church as not credible. The combination of these things should be enough to dismiss him. Just recently Charlie said something he thought would happen, and when it didn’t, he said he hadn’t meant it the way it sounded, that he actually meant that what happened was what he thought would. So basically since he was wrong, he tried to claim he wasn’t really wrong, people just misinterpreted him. That’s when I decided I was done with him. I don’t remember exactly what the issue was.....I think it was something about the election here in the US.

Yes, FP. Padraig posts about him from time to time and really believes in the veracity of his works. There is also at least one video posted on this forum of Ralph Martin speaking. I am not sure where it is, though. You might find it with a search.
Ralph is pretty amazing. Check out Renewal Ministries (https://www.renewalministries.net/). He also recently published an excellent book regarding the current crises in the Church (“A Church in Crisis”). Ralph is definitely one of the good guys. Oh, he also wrote one of the most amazing spiritual books I have ever read, “The Fulfillment of All Desire” - a true treasure!

One of the things that makes Ralph Martin more credible is his manner. He is a humble man. He does not constantly seek the spotlight. He has never put himself forward as a "visionary," or puffed himself up. He stands by what he says, but doesn't attempt to create a following. He labors in the Lord's vineyards and has earned respect for his steady work over decades.
FP, Ralph Martin is a man of great integrity. He gained attention when he gave a prophecy at the first international Charismatic conference held in Rome in 1975. But he truly has been gifted with wisdom and for me ranks up there with the likes of Scott Hahn. He actualiy came and gave a talk to my deacon class during a retreat 2 years prior to our ordination, in 2016. He has published some great books; I have on my shelf here, The Fulfillment of All Desire, a compendium of wisdom on prayer from the saints. I've been looking for this prophesy about fire falling from the sky. Sometimes we take things very literally and not prophetically. I am seeing this as fire falling from the sky as covid. Since it has a fever with it, comes out of the air and affects everyone rich or poor. And all nations are affected and many will be annihilated. I'm sure the only thing that will save us is our faith and much prayer. I am not optimistic about our future, especially with the new human/ animal experimentation and covid coming from China.
