I agree. There's nothing inherently wrong with a flutter. One doesn't know whether to believe the other things that were said about Christina in an anti-Christian publication which thrives on sensationalism. I could just be a lack of prudence on her part.

The fact that she disappeared pronto after being challenged, rather than saying to herself "photograph away, there's nothing wrong with a bit of fun on the slot machines", indicates to me that she at least recognised that this was somehow not congruent with her status as a seer who takes money from others. But if one takes at face value some of the other statements in the article, it looks very bad. Stepping into a seven-series BMW to make her get-away. That she is a regular customer at Dr. Quirkey's Emporium in Dublin. That she cashes notes of fifties at a rapid rate. That she often wins big at the casino. That she has a big house in a very lucrative area of north Dublin and another big house in a similar type of area outside Dublin. Plus a house in England. Plus jacuzzis in other prayer houses of hers (she has prayer houses in the USA and Achill) etc. It doesn't paint a nice picture. As we read in Liturgy on Pentecost, yesterday (Romans 8), "Your interests, however, are not in the unspiritual but in the spiritual, since the Spirit of God has made his home in you". I hope I am not being too hard on her or amplifying accusations which are not true. Perhaps it is possible that God does speak through his flawed creatures in any case.

No doubts in my mind it is diabolical in nature - where death is celebrated, evil pervades and people like this are living in great darkness.

Every abortion is a direct attack on God Himself, the author of life.

In a paragraph from my wee book (for those who haven't a copy) I give the following reflection:

This person needs our prayers. I often feel for Jesus when He sees his children for whom He suffered and died, choosing the wide path. We need to console him for the loss of souls by our fervent prayers and sacrifices.

It only sunk in after I'd read the entire post that 'my wee book' referred to the one you actually wrote (I have a copy, but, you know, so many books, so little time). In all honesty, I thought for much of the first paragraph, I was reading Father Faber, your style is so concise, frugal and profound. Wise words, indeed.

As for RTE, I only watch hurling and football on it. It is an organisation of totalitarian groupthink that would be very insistent on only hiring those fully on board with their satanic, 'woke', worldview. I like to think that they are not wholly representative of the population that they are supposed to serve.

It's the easiest thing in the world to kill, any idiot can do it, and typical satanic thought to invert this act of destruction to its opposite, just as they invert every vice into virtue and every virtue into a vice.

And the nonsense about St Brigid; that nonsense is so boring that it defies gathering up the energy to even be bothered to try and refute it, because it would only inadvertently lend it credibility.

That is just unbelieveable! At the beginning of the interview one can clearly see Katie Boyle is wearing either a silver Cross or a Crucifix. I think the woman interviewer has a demonic laugh alright. Father forgive them for they know not what they do.
