It looks like the end of the American empire as we have known it.

Last week, Meloni’s Italy broke a military partnership agreement with Israel. Given this, with Trump openly talking about leaving NATO and growing tensions between Turkey and Israel behind the scenes, could the opposite scenario actually materialize?

Many scholars identify Gog as Turkey, and when observing Putin’s government, it appears far more friendly toward Jews than the leaders of the Soviet era. Therefore, there is no interpretative consensus that Russia is represented in the prophecy of Ezekiel.

In the prophecy of Alois Irlmaier, at the very beginning of the great war, large troop movements are positioned in a hostile manner in the Mediterranean—something many once associated with Syria during its civil war. However, Assad has fallen, and the focus of tension has shifted to the Persian Gulf.

In this context, the focus of the prophecy turns to Israel, currently the Mediterranean nation most susceptible to an attack. Consider that if NATO were to march against Israel under Article 5, in support of Turkey, it could suffer a crushing defeat, potentially opening the way for a Russian invasion of Europe, possibly beginning in the Balkans and connecting the elements of Irlmaier’s prophecy.

If it transpires that the war is limping to an anti-climactic end (and thank God, if it does), it will also represent a huge own goal for Israel. The Israelis will have failed in both their objectives, the annihilation of Iran and the Gazafication of Southern Lebanon. We don’t yet know the full cost to the Israelis in terms of blood and treasure, but the secrecy probably tells its own story. Unlike the Iranians, who had to make no secret of their own losses, supremacists are loath to display weakness, but they cannot hide their defeat, for the third time, by Hezbollah, in Southern Lebanon, proving once again that the Israelis are fundamentally ‘soft’-they can give it, with all their US-financed resources, but they cannot take it. That’s the real reason for this ceasefire, I think. Hezbollah deserve the highest of admiration, completely fulfilling the rules of Just War Doctrine in so doing.

The geopolitical sphere probably most represents where Israel has suffered a loss. Many former allies are turning against this wicked, genocidal state, notably Spain, Belgium and Italy, but even Starmer’s UK has pulled back significantly. Maybe a more important straw in the wind is that there is a report of a clear majority of Jewish congressmen voting against approval for sending bulldozers to Israel (for levelling of West Bank and Southern Lebanese villages) and there also seems to be a pushback against selection of Zionist candidates for the forthcoming elections in the US, particularly in the Democratic Party.

Israel has dropped its mask too much. Everyone now knows what lies beneath. I’d personally predict a severe decline in future membership of ‘Christian’-Zionist sects.

Yesterday I posted a report saying that Europe has aviation fuel reserves for only six more weeks, and today comes the news that Iran will maintain the blockade in Hormuz, contradicting Trump. In that case, alignment with Israel could weigh so heavily on Europe’s economy that a potential U.S. withdrawal from NATO might become a strategic consensus on both sides, with a possible unified European army emerging and facing its first major test of power projection: patrolling navigation in Hormuz.

A better solution, given NATO’s supine involvement in the destruction of Libya, would be the imposition of some law and order (and not by resorting to further war crimes) upon that unfortunate country and buying its oil-it is reported to have quite a lot of it. Everybody, including it’s war-lords who would be quite happy to be bought off, would be a winner, especially the unfortunate citizens of this war-torn state.

A very relevant fact is that Turkey has the second-largest army in NATO. I believe that, with Trump breathing down their necks over Greenland, any strategic importance Israel holds for Europe will pale in comparison to the continent's military partnership with Turkey.
