Two thoughts came to mind. 1) The first secret of Medjugorje involves an upheveal in a part of the world, and 2) Padraig had mentioned a premonition about leaving Northern Ireland. Just thoughts. You know Terry, I can't help wondering why we don't hear about things like this on the mainstream mdeia? You would think it should be front page news!! Why on Earth are we not told? More and more I suspect cnesoprship on a really MASSIVE scale. I less and less than ever trust what politicians and Governments are telling us. One thing that makes me think this is this. When we pray the bandage is pulled from our eyes and I think when we listen to people speak we get more and more able to know when people are telling the turth or not. Now when I listen to our leaders and commetnators speak I get the inner certianity again and agin, 'He/her is lying they are lying through their teeth!!' But what is even more disquieting is the very sure knowledge when I look at them, the thought comes, with great certainty, 'THis person is frightened, very very frightened and they are trying to hide it!!''
Our politicians, governments and media are controlled by unbelievers. They are a powerful anti-Christian force. I think this is why our Lady has used 2nd of each month to give a message for unbelievers and for prayer to be offered for conversions of unbelievers because many of them are in positions of power and bringing in immoral and anti-Christian laws. The internet has its faults but one good thing is that it allows for freedom of information and expression allows us to find out the 'real news' and not the sanitised version we see on CNN or BBC!
Very interesting! I do believe governments and much of the media are lying to us/don't cover stories that they should be covering. It's like they're working together to help keep people from knowing the truth of what is really going on behind the scenes. There's definitely a commpn goal of forming a New World Order or global government.
I totally agree with you all. My daughter wrote a letter to our local editor and asked this same question. She is 12 and she figured out that this was news that needed to be broadcast- but this would not fit into the "global warming " agenda so it will likely be surpressed. This was enough for me to purchase that water bottle crock and stand I'd been pondering about getting and send my husband out for some big jugs of water. Hey, I'll miss you when this thing blows. I believe the mainstream media definately lies to us, as well as most politicians. I really don't believe many politicians at all anymore. I believe the biggest lies or non-reportings are around global warming and abortion. It is terrible that women do not know all the dangers of abortion. Of course, when I try to tell my family something like abortion raises the risk of breast cancer, they don't believe me at all, saying that if that were the case, it would have been reported in the news. :roll: They think I am mis-informed because I listen to Fox news, and they don't believe Fox at all. Of course, Fox has their own agenda too so I can't take all they say as totally true, but I think they are more truthful than the other news stations.
Yes, I think it is not just the 'Great' Censorship of the world Liberal Media but self censorhsip too. For instance how can a Atheist or an Agnostic beilef that either God or simple Good and Evil have a role in World Events? It is impossible. When I pointed out that there was as much similairity between a Kids Science FIction Programme and a Documentary as a Tyrannasaurus Rex and a piece of Yellow Cheese I was greeted by teeth grinding silence. The same of course argumants concerning Abortion goes with homosexuality and Contraceptionj, both are intensely physically harmful, but again if you point out the scientific evidence for this , again shrieks of horror and a bitter silence. It is not faith that is illogical and unscientific it is Liberal Agnosticsim and Atheism. But the Great Liberal argument is implicitly that believers have had some kind of Lobotomy and Low IQ...or are unread part of the Great Unwashed. :lol: :lol: :wink: I used to resent this but really I understand that for those who believe no explanation is possible, for those who do not believe n oexplanation is necessary. I really feel sorry for folks blinded by Satan, more and more I feel that it prayer and fasting, rather than argumant that will convert....but I know argument plays a part too.
I remember when the first volcano erupted, they were saying that another close by one alwasy erupted soon after, would this be that volcano? If so, they DID warn us, but like usual, we refuse to listen to anying touting gloom and doom until it is almost too late. Many major disastors are announced, but they fall on a deaf world's ears...then everybody points fingers and complains that nobody warned them. Usually this is not true, someone tried, but nobody listened. If they can't pin it to a definite date, the world doesn't want to hear about it until they can. Look at every major disaster so far. This one will be the same, and yes, it will blow. So will Yellowstone Park in the US, one day. We cannot predict the timing of these things with certainty, why? Because God decides, not us...We need the God factor in the equasion, but nobody wants to put Him there. So, He will do as He will do, and we will suffer the consequences.
One thing I have noticed lately, Connie is how suddenly and like a boly out of the blue really huge events spring upon us, no matter what we know..or think we know...for who could have predicted the Arabian Revolutions?..and I notice in the recent New Zealand eruption how person after person described it as a, 'Bolt from the blue'.... :shock:
