It seems to me that instead of being told to .'Come out from amongst them', we are now being told there's nothing wrong with them. Mix, mingle join them.

 

I think I may have mentioned this before, but I was told something VERY useful in prayer several months ago. I asked how I was to live, what I was to say and do in this new world of ours, where even Catholics are supporting sin? He told me that no matter what happened, it was NEVER ok to sin. He told me that no one could ever force me to commit adultery, to commit gay acts, to commit abortion, or any act of sin no matter what the laws became or even what the Church started to allow. He told me to run away if I had to. But to save myself. One mortal sin and the gates of hell are open to our souls. We must try very hard, be very good, and follow what Mary warned us to do at Garabandal. Sometimes we must even leave all of our friends and family behind to follow Jesus, and just pray for them and do penance for them, and that's ok, but we must not go with the crowd if it means we lose our souls.

 

Padraig thanks for replying to Heidi on my behalf. I havent been on the site for the past 24 hours so I am late in replying. As you point out I am from 'holy' Ireland. Our government is on an aggressive anti christian agenda. Satan is definitely leading them. The cleverness of how they are getting in these diabolical changes to our country is really stunning. They forced an abortion law through and threw out anyone who objected from the government. They are now preparing a law to allow same sex couples to adopt and to have surrogacy arrangements. Later on they will bring a referendum to ask the people to allow gay marriage as marriage is defined in the constitution as being between a man and a woman so it has to be changed. The really clever thing is that they will have already given rights to same sex couples in relation to adoption so the main argument of it not being in the interest of children will be irrelevant. Lots of prayer needed. Im getting angry as I think about it. Sad thing is the church is saying nothing. Our church in this country is so weak. Only God can help us.
This baptism will be used to bring pressure on other priests and bishops. This will be the schism I guess and only a remnant will stand against it. So prepare to be very unpopular. As Carmel333 says 'we must not go with the crowd'.

I read somewhere years ago, Carmel , that the first duty of a Catholic is to save to save their soul.

This surprised me somewhat as I thought it sounded a bit selfish, like jumping first in a lifeboat.

But when you think of it , if you do not get to heaven yourself you will bring no one there. If you get to heaven you can bring as many as you can carry on your prayer back, your family , your friends, your neighbours, those you love and even those you don't love.

When my spiritual director lay dying of cancer I asked him to recommend someone to take over, he was silent. Then he said for me to take Jesus as my spiritual director. He told me straight out there was no priest he could trust. This from a very holy man who was Director to many priests.

I wondered about this then, but now I know , things have gotten very,very bad.

I mentioned what St Paul said about excommunicating the wicked. Why did he say this and our generation says something very,very different?

It is , I believe because Paul came from the pagan world into the light. He knew what evil is capable off. We on the other hand live in a time when Christianity is dying, we go from the Light into the Dark, we do not know what evil , what the pagan is capable off. So our generation deludes itself.

Did you ever look at a picture of a wolf pup and compare it to a dog pup?




Why they both look just the same , cute and cuddly. But one is a savage animal and will eat you , the other will come to you for love.

So it is with these new pagans who have lost Christ and lost the Faith. They are apart from us and we must recognise what Paul and his generation knew without even thinking, their path is not our path.

Shall then a pair of wolves give suckle to a Christian child, shall they raise it in the Faith? By no means , they would sooner eat it.

A wolf is a wolf and a dog is a dog. We had better recall this from Scripture as soon as possible for the time is coming when they start to eat us.



Or let me put it simply. We have forgotten ,as Christians, who is who and what is what.

 

Indeed May this present government as you rightly point out is aggressively anti

This is the picture I was referring too Padraig. I find it so offensive to show that picture of these two in front of Our Lady. It makes me weep inside.

 

You know Andy, I would not be in the least surprised if it was deliberately planned that way as a sign of victory over Mary and the Church.

Only a Satanist would think of such a thing, but it would not surprise me in the least.

 

Oh absolutely that is what is going on. It is an agenda and marketing (ie brainwashing) is all about placement of what is seen and also what may be more hidden in the background or even the subliminal.
