Yes indeed, the drums of war are pounding.

'Our help is in the name of the Lord,

    who made heaven and Earth'
Only for my Faith I would despair.

    Utterly.

Heaven help the poor old secularists and Liberals when it comes down to a , 'Us and them', war of religion. Where will they hide?

Here we go, they say 6 per cent of Turks support ISIS ,about six million people out of a population of seventy five million, that's quite a lot. The ones that support ISIS all seem to be in the one football stadium.

The Turks were chanting, 'Martyrs (the dead ISIS gunmen) do not die!'

Julia Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us.

Just to put another perspective(spanner in the works )

Some one once said to me. Religion is not really to do with belief in God. Because we Religiously get up every day. Religiously wash ourselves and Religiously eat, Religiously drink, Religiously go to school every day or Religiously go to work every day. And so it goes on and on. Religion means a regular habit or something like that.

What we as practising Christians are all about is Faith. We are about believing in the Good News proclaimed by Jesus Christ and continued on through His followers down the ages.

Atheists are every bit as religious as the rest of us. Sorry to disappoint you atheists, your nothing special after all. But it is a certain fact that the true meaning of the word 'Ignorant' describes a person who has no knowledge of God.

Atheists, Agnostics and Pagans are simply ignorant people.

Practising Christians are what has brought civilisation out of mud huts and caves to where we are today, in a development sense. That's my take on it.

Maybe the greatest evil is not the the evil itself but the fixed refusal to believe the evil exists.

Pamela Geller, a Jewish American and supporter of Israel, started a campaign to put messages on city buses and Muslims, their Left-Wing Apologists in the Democrat Party USA and Media went ballistic in their rage-n-anger!! It is interesting to me that the American Democrat Left has thrown the Jews under the bus and are now big Islamic Supporters.
The political goings on in the USA post Paris Attack would be amusing if it didn't have such a negative impact on USA Public Safety. Even the EU Lefties have been shut-up by the monstrous Islamic Attacks ... but not USA/Canadian Lefties! We are ... Make No Mistake ... being assailed by Muslim SAVAGES just as in the 8th through 18th Centuries!!:

    This can't be
Islam is a "religion of peace"
At least that is what the politicians are selling.
    I'm not buying.

The first time we see people dying in their thousands, their tens and tens of thousands , this debate is going to be a thing very much of the past.

Where is it going to be?

    Berlin?

    Chicago?

    New York?

    Madrid?

Wherever...its coming down the pipe line...

Then when it comes..and make no mistake it is coming, there will be no more talk...

Only Christians have been silenced in Europe. Somehow all this is Christianity's fault/Organised Religion's fault/occasionally Israel's fault (depending on the bias of the reporter, whoever pays his salary or whichever University brainwashed him). What you see on the likes of CNN is the standard in Europe. Whoever has the deepest pockets controls the narrative all across the so-called free world. Right now, it looks like that's Muslims and Atheists with some help from secular Jews. None of them have ever been Catholicism's BFF and neither have the Protestants or believing Jews. We're on our own as we always have been, and while we point our finger at any or all non-Catholics, we can't ignore the fact that, certainly in Europe and Latin America and to a lesser extent in the US, Canada and Australia, we Catholics dropped the ball. Our Church needs to evangelise its own faithful, starting in the pews.

If I were American, I wouldn't vote for a Democratic Party candidate but I can understand to some extent why some Catholics do.

In truth, it is only a slight exaggeration of what is reported as the norm in some modern educational establishments. The only consolation is that, like all liberalism, it is self-defeating, as no society can long sustain itself with the imbicilisation of those whose role is to administer it. Unfortunately, the ones waiting in the wings to fill the inevitable vacuum, in Europe at any rate, are Muslims.

I suppose you could say that political correctness is a form of religion? Embodying the very things that the Church's enemies accuse the Church off, fostering a sense of constant guilt and sin and set rules of conduct extending even to ideas.

I have seen this in work, especially with young people, they just about fall over backwards in shock when they hear my views on things like homosexuality.

Like when I say , 'Homosexuality is a sexual perversion'.

The jaws drop open, the eyes grow big as saucers, the audience looks like it is going to swoon, there is a horrified silence like, 'You didn't really say that!'

Then the eyes swivel to see if anyone else is listening and the shrieks of horror begin. Starting with , 'You can't say things like that!'

But you know young people are fun, I sense they enjoy people being like this. Blowing up all taught conventions. It can't be fun for them having social tape placed over their mouths since they kids telling them what they can and can't say, it can't be any fun at all.

One thing surprises me about this , they seem to be of the opnion that expressing the Church's views on subjects like this is actually illegal. When, to the best of my knowledge it is not illegal. But it often feels like it is.

But I enjoy this, I enjoy shocking young people. But surely it should be the other way around . It should be young people shocking me with their ideas. Sometimes I feel their views make them seem a thousand years old they are so totally , 'Correct' , like they were robots and preprogrammed.
