I hope that I am posting in the right place? Being that we have an extra cold spell that has gone on for longer, shelter are keeping their doors open longer and trying to get every rough sleeper a bed during this bad spell. They are asking for people who see rough sleepers to refer them on to http://www.streetlink.org.uk/ Every case will be checked out. I guess there will be many other places in the UK doing this also, Thank you for your help.
