To all of you and between us, I am so pleased to read you but please I must remind you that Garabandal is not Medjugorje, as you know and I am sorry but I do not believe in Medjugorje even if I respect believers of Medj, I have my own reason and I've been my self there, too long to explain you why but I want just to be clear with all of you, I created this thread to give you the latest news from Garabandal directly and from Garabandal only, when I said that May 1st it's an important date, means that I have my self verified my information but as we know with Garabandal, the more important is to leave the messages of our LADY. Aviso, We do not mean to offend you, but most of the active posting members of this forum believe completely in Medjugorje, as well as Garabandal. Many of us have been to Medjugorje (and some to Garabandal) repeatedly, and have experienced miracles, healings, and conversions there. For many of us, Medjugorje is an important part of our personal conversion. Many of the members believe that the two places are completely intertwined. We cannot seem to talk about one without also including the other. Many believe the secrets are the same. I personally am now leaning toward thinking that the Warning is NOT one of the secrets of Medjugorje simply because I do not think it will be pre-announced (based on what the Garabandal visionaries have said), but I do believe that the permanent sign at Garabandal and the permanent sign at Medjugorje will happen simultaniously, if not at the exact same time, then in some sort of sequence. Of course they would technically be different events, because they would be occurring at different locations. Please, Aviso, if you have more to add, if you have specific observations or knowledge to the contrary of what we are currently discussing about Medjugorje or Garabandal, we would love the chance to discuss it with you. We are all, always searching for new bits and pieces. If you have information about this coming Sunday to share, please share it. If you have information about Medjugorje that we do not know, please share! That's what this forum is about, sharing information, sharing ideas, and using them to grow our faith in Jesus' mercy and in Mary's intercession. When we do not have information and experiences to share, then we speculate and debate. It keeps us all fresh and thinking, and helps us bond together somehow. :?: Unfortunately, we often do not stay on topic in many of the threads, we often go off on tangents within a specific topic. See, we are all so excited with what we have going on in our minds and hearts that it is hard to keep it regimented and organized sometimes! Forgive us for that, we just can't seem to help it!

Two of my friends are visiting Garabandal this week and I know some people believe in Garabandal but not Medj. I was one of those myself until I visited Medjugorje. In time all things will be verified so in the meantime we will respect each others views and agree to disagree on some things. God bless you Mary
Maryrose, I absolutely would stop to say hello...God willing. When I was in Medjugorje I came to understand that I would have a visit to Garabandal as well (no time reference though) but I don't really speak Spanish so it could be very challenging. My heart though doesn't seem to see that as a boundary. I think we are very blessed Aviso, to have you here on the forum with us, you and Bobby ( Garabandal ) have more information than most regarding Garabandal. And, in time, as Mary said, we will all know the truth.
Thank you for your understanding, I have choosed this forum because of your love to our Lord and our Lady, because of your respect between ALL OF you which is so rare today, I have read most of the threads before to join you here and I am pleased to share with you some of my thoughts about Garabandal and about Garabandal only, YES Brothers, Garabandal has been forgotten because of few people only but time is short for them as well, many mistakes have been made about the prophecies and the message of our Lady unknow, dates have been sent online wihtout enought knowlegde and most of the time linked to Medjugorge and his 60 secrets (10 secrets per seers, INCREDIBLE) THEN dates have been changed each year and have discouraged many Garabandal's believers......so I have decided myself to give my own opinion and for the first time in my life....a time frame, here with you and in my country in France as well but WHY now and WHY me, too long to explain you but I have a own story with Garabandal and since few good relation from Garabandal, some of them are from the seers family. I talk with Garabandal this morning, the works regarding the road Cosio-Garabandal should be finished for the fifthy anniversary, it is a very good news and an other sign of the events nearness, as you know now, nobody know the date, Conchita for the Great Miracle only and Mari Loli knew the warning year, that's all, for your information, Conchita has bought an apartment in Fatima few years ago, it's an important detail, soon all should be more clear for most of us, if I had 1 advice to give and in 1 word : CONFESSION. Aviso, I'm sure we would all love to hear more of your story! We have a lot of wonderful, long-winded posters on here (me included, of course) so if you decide to tell some of it, we would certainly welcome it! It is great to know you are so close to Garabandal, we have certainly not forgotton it on this forum. Anything you could share would be wonderful. I have never been to Garabandal, I would love to go, same as Lee, but it is not possible in our immediate future. I was fortunate to be able to make it to Medjugorje. My husband and I also talk a lot about trying to get to Fatima. I know we have all seen some of the incorrect dates for the warning and miracle that float around...some seem well-intentioned, some not. Also, I have seen where timeframes are narrowed down by intrepretations of interviews with Conchita, such as the comment I have seen where all months except April have been eliminated for the occurance of the Miracle. Then there are others who say that some of those eliminations are not correct interpretations of what was said. I couldn't begin to guess which is correct, since I can't intrepert these interviews for myself. Most of us can't, because we can't speak the other languages. I go by my own inner-feelings sometimes, which are probably completely wrong! LOL I am a very curious, and somewhat scientific person, so I just cannot help but try to put clues together. Perhaps it is wrong to do this? I wish I could be content to simply pray and wait. I guess part of the reason I have trouble with this is I want so much to help my family, especially my children and grandchildren, to be prepared. But to cry "wolf" too many times causes them to ignore my pleas rather than heed them. Like now, following Mr. Conte's opinions for a couple of years - now they roll their eyes at me. My daughter pleads with me not to talk to her about warnings anymore. She doesn't want to think about them, she is too busy making a life and a teaching career for herself and wants to stay focused on that. Can't blame her, but as her mother I worry what will happen if she isn't prepared. That is why I am so anxious to have at least some kind of "head's up"...if only a "feeling", something, you know? As you said, the roads being finished by June is a good sign. Your comments about May 1 were a big part of why I started looking into that day for more clues, and it seemed that I found some. Of course it will be a big day for the world even if nothing supernatural occurs. Pope John Paul II is so very close to my heart!

I know you don't want to discuss Medjugorje here, but I did want to just clarify something you said: "...linked to Medjugorge and his 60 secrets (10 secrets per seers, INCREDIBLE)..." It is believed, though not confirmed, that some of the secrets may be the same, and it is known that at least a couple of them are, such as the third and the seventh secrets. I don't know why the visionaries do not want to compare their secrets together, but they don't. It will remain to be seen how many different secrets there actually are (providing the apparitions are real, of course). Okay, that is all I have to say about that. Garabandal-only posts from now on!
The death of Ben Laden on May 1st 2011 confirm that this date is now a historic date, I can see that new dates are already on the way, we do not need any dates, the sign of times are here to help us, sent by God to prepare us to leave the Garabandal events soon. Aviso

there was a time when I was researching eucharistic martyrs for the month of April (which is certainly the month of the miracle) and trying to find a different date for their celebration in the Orthodox Church; I did this with Saint Tarcisius (the saint who Conchita had a vision of martyrdom); however, our "separated brothers" also celebrate it on the feast of the Assumption of Our Lady. Over the years, contradictory information has emerged as to whether or not Conchita saw the martyr's date on the calendar; if the second hypothesis is true then we should consider that some pope will change the date of the celebration of Tarcisius to April since he is not mentioned in the haliological calendar *(only in Roman martiorology) and the grand feast of the Assumption of Our Lady ends up overshadowing (in a good way) his celebration???
