4 most submitted Miracle martyr saints who DO NOT QUALIFY. ST. TARCISIUS ‘ PROBLEM IS MIRACLE DATE IS IN APRIL BETWEEN THE 8TH-16TH, ST. TARCISIUS FEAST DAYS ARE APRIL 26 & AUGUST 15 , NEITHER FITS . ------------------------------------------------------------- St. Hermenegild, who by some accounts was Spanish, and Conchita said the martyr saint was not Spanish. We have no idea how old he was, though he was a grown, married MAN leading a revolt, so it would have been clear to her that this was not "a young martyr , a boy who carried the Eucharist " and also he does not fit the description Conchita gave after she consulted the calendar in her home. St. Stanislaus : April 11 is the feast day of St. Stanislaus, but he was Bishop of Kracow who was martyred while celebrating Mass 49 YEARS OLD ! Too old. "a young martyr , a boy who carried the Eucharist " -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Carlo Acutis : was not a martyr, and not a saint in 1963, when Conchita saw the name.
I remember I had watched several years ago a wonderful video about Garabandal. I had saved it in my Garabandal playlist on youtube because I had watched it several times. I have about 80 videos in my garabandal playlist. Today I wanted to watch it again but alas I scanned up and down my playlist and it was gone! I remember it had 'hearing impaired' in the title so it should be easy to spot. After searching, I just stumbled across it on youtube although it does not say it is for hearing impaired. But it is the same video narrated by William Leyden. Not that I am hearing impaired either, it just happens to be a great video. I am no Garabandal expert so I cannot judge its quality objectively, but here it is - a most wonderful video imo.
When Conchita found out Padre Pio died in Sept. 1968, she met his close friend, Father Bernardino Cennamo, at Lourdes, and asked him, "How is it that Our Lady told me Padre Pio would see the Miracle and he has died?" Father Cenammo responded, "Padre Pio saw the Miracle before he died. He told me himself." The priest gave Conchita one of the three veils that covered Padre Pio's face during his wake, saying that the stigmatist had requested this before he died. He told her truthfully that he personally did not believe in the authenticity of Garabandal until Padre Pio requested this of him. Conchita also was given Padre Pio's rosary, and one of the gloves he wore, stained by his stigmata. She has these treasures preserved at her home in New York. I was asked why Mary is called “ Our Lady of Mt. Carmel” at Garabandal. The ArcAngel St. Michael told Conchita this. “By now [July 1, 1961] the town had put up safety barriers. I guess there were as many as five hundred people. Many of them were praying along with us. When the angel appeared he was smiling and then said” : “I have come to announce to you a visit by the Virgin, under the title of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, who will appear to you tomorrow, Sunday.” “MIRACLE AT GARABANDAL”, by Harry Daley, Chapter 2, “CONCHITA SPEAKS AT GARABANDAL”
CONCHITA'S LETTER: ” Anything coming from God is good” April 30, 2019 The letter below was sent from Conchita to a friend . I called her to confirm the letter and get permission to post it here for your benefit. ( Conchita to Glenn )” I send you this letter that I wrote a few days ago, in case it might help a sick person “. “ANYTHING COMING FROM GOD IS GOOD FOR US.” Even illness is a gift of God in our life. I had and I experienced that illness and healing are the same thing, a mysterious gift of God. More than five years ago, while playing (at the beach ) sea with one of my granddaughters, the sun burned my face. When my skin was burned, a dark freckle appeared. I felt it was a melanoma, a cancer. During all these years, I hid it so no one would comment. Day after day and year after year, seeing how the freckle continued to grow, increased in me the certainty and fear of cancer. But I had the feeling that my soul was being cleaned as everything that bothered me. To be happy with true happiness, which is to live focused on one goal, going to Heaven. Until three weeks ago, the freckle continued to grow and a tumor formed under the freckle, so difficult to hide anymore. So I decided to put a bandage so that nobody would tell me anything .. Meanwhile, I was praying to God for my health, so that he will take away this freckle, but inside me, I felt that it was what I needed, for my good. My daughter, a nurse seeing how it grew up, went to see the doctor. the same afternoon, I changed the dressing to a smaller one because I was going to a basketball game of my nephews. Removing the bandage, the freckle with the tumor opened as if someone had cut it all around, some blood came out. I showed it to my daughter and told her: “Cancel the consultation with the doctor”, at that time I knew that I was cured, I put the bandage and I went to the match. The next day, when I woke up, the bandage had fallen and my face showed no trace of the tumor. I thanked God, I felt in my soul that he said: Give me Thanks also for the Cross. I realized that years with fear of cancer suffering were as good and miraculous as healing. I wanted to write this experience in case someone reads it and is sick, so that he also thinks that it’s good for him. Although he does not want to accept it, one day he will feel the need to give a kiss to God, in thanks. Conchita
Today in Garabandal history: April 30, 1962 Mrs. Andreu (Mother to Fr. Luis Andreu) Mrs Andreu in 1985. She was celebrating her 90th birthday. Deceased in 1991. She received many mystical graces all along her 30 years of religious life at the convent of the Great Basque city of San Sebastian, where in 1962 she became Sister Luisa Maria, the two first names of her deceased son Luis Maria who died on August 9th 1961. She had visited the visitandine order one month after her son's death. Mysteriously enough on this very April 30th 1962, three priests wearing the Jesuit garb appeared to Sister Luisa Maria, one of them, whom she could see full face, was smiling brightly, but did not speak to her; there was her son Luis! The other two had their backs turned to her. Was this not a prophetic vision of her other son's Alejandro and Marcelino? “Garabandal” book, by J. Serre, page 131
TODAY IN GARABANDAL HISTORY: MAY 1, Mari “Loli” Mazon,Birthday. María Dolores Mazón González was born on May 1st, 1949. She went by the name “Loli” and was the second of Ceferino and Julia’s six children. Ceferino was the village mayor, and, in addition to working in the fields, the family owned a small shop and bar. Loli married Francis Lafleur in Massachusetts, U.S.A., in 1974, and they had 3 children: Francis, María Melanie and María Dolores. For 7 years, she suffered from “lupus erythematosus” in her respiratory system, which eventually caused her death on April 20th, 2009, at age 59. She died in her home in Plaistow, Massachusetts (U.S.A.). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- MAY 1 : FEAST OF ST. JOSEPH THE WORKER Reminded me of this Garabandal quote: "ST. Joseph is the greatest of all the Saints" ! In response to Don Valentin Marichalar's questions, the visionaries learned from the Blessed Virgin that St. Joseph is "the greatest of all the Saints “ Excerpted from 'Garabandal' Book, J. Serre, page 100
TODAY IN GARABANDAL HISTORY: MAY 1, 2013 Bishop Vincente Jimenez Zamora celebrated Mass again ( he had once before on May 6 ,2012) in the village church of San Sebastian de Garabandal and prior to the Mass, he KISSED A CRUCIFIX belonging to villager David Toribio, that WAS KISSED BY THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY AT GARABANDAL. Bishop Zamora's Masses in Garabandal were firsts, since no Bishop of Santandar had ever said Mass in the village church from the time of the apparitions. And the public kissing of the Mary’s “kissed Crucifix”, was surely a sign of his belief in the apparitions, and it’s validity. SOMETIMES ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS.
The Apparitions of the Virgin Mary in San Sebastian de Garabandal by Serafín González, Conchita’s Brother. Serafín says: “When I came here, the Apparitions had already been going on for many days. The first day, I saw them at the “cuadro.” When I came it was already called “el cuadro”. Those The “cuadro” is a place in the road that leads up to the Pines; it was where the first Apparitions took place. It is called the “cuadro” (square) because they put some logs in a square shaped section to protect the girls. The ecstasies were the same, only that there were ecstasies on their knees, there were ecstatic marches, Some where they ran a lot and some where they remained in the same place. For me, all of the Apparitions were important and impressive but the one that impressed me most, although it wasn’t very important, was one time when we went up to the Pines at night. There were three or four of us. Conchita was in ecstasy and when leaving the Pines she knelt and descended on her knees all the way to where the first apparitions had occurred. I thought that her knees would be destroyed. I descended with a lantern and I could see where she was landing her knees. Sometimes she hit her knee against some edge that should have cut her, I said to myself: “the Virgin has to leave us in peace, for this cannot be tolerated. The strikes against those rocks have to destroy the knees.” The ecstasy ended, and I looked at her knees, and they were completely unmarked, without a single bruise. I thought to myself: “Well! Here we must follow where she commands.” The Virgin must have placed her hands underneath, because if not, it was impossible. TODAY IN GARABANDAL HISTORY: MAY 4, 1962 “ THE POPE IN RUSSIA, AT MOSCOW,THEN THE BEGINNING OF THE DIFFICULT PRE-AVISO PERIOD “ On that day, Mari-Loli and Conchita received new and prophetic revelations about the future tribulations of the brief but very difficult time of the “Pre-Aviso” ( Pre-Warning) . Conchita also said during her ecstasy that “ Communism will also come back in Spain”. The Blessed Virgin also predicted to the visionary that “ the Pope would go to Russia, to Moscow”, a trip absolutely unthinkable in the political climate of the 1960’s. She also added among other important things, that “ As soon as the Sovereign Pontiff would return to the Vatican, successive violent persecutions would break out here and there in Europe”. These would be signs that the world, and particularly the Church (people would then believe that She will be on the point of disappearing, etc. ) were entering into the relatively short yet very difficult period of the Pre-Warning. Garabandal & Fatima I feel ,as many do, that Garabandal is the continuation of Fatima. At Garabandal, Saint Michael first appeared to the visionaries in the evening (8:30 P.M.) of June 18, 1961, exactly 40 years (a biblical number) to the day (and even the same time of day) from the last vision at Fatima. In the sixth apparition at Fatima on October 13, 1917, during the tableaux of visions during the Miracle of the Sun, Our Lady appeared as Our Lady of Mount Carmel with the scapular on her wrist. On July 2, 1961, the Virgin appeared at Garabandal as Our Lady of Mount Carmel with a large brown scapular draped over her right arm. When Our Lady appeared at Fatima in 1917 she did something she had not done before: she addressed messages specifically to the entire world. While she appeared again after Fatima at Beauraing (1932-33) and Banneux (1933), she did not speak to the world at either of those places. But at Garabandal we again find this universal appeal. Although Fatima and Garabandal are separate events there is continuity in the revelations and similarities in features of the events not found among the other visits of Our Lady during the Marian Age. The 3rd secret of Fatima seems to mirror the Garabandal prophecy of the " Chastisement", both speak of world wide punishment. See how the world did not heed Mary's Fatima warnings, so she stated them more profoundly at Garabandal.
Very interesting is the as yet unpublished 3rd Secret of Fatima which according to those who have read it speaks of mass apostasy & problems within the Church itself. Those who have read it include some high ranking church officials. Because it was not fully revealed in 1960 may be one reason for Our Lady appearing at Garabandal the following year.

The “Chastisement” and the 3 “Days of Darkness” Many people ask me to compare the prophecy of the term "Three Days of Darkness" attributed to the late mystic, Blessed Anna Maria Taigi, and the “CHASTISEMENT” mentioned at Garabandal. (The term "3 days" was NEVER used in Garabandal.) A quote from Blessed Anna's is “Fire will rain forth from the sky”. They do have the common theme of “ FIRE”. Here is Conchita's statement on what the Blessed Mother allowed her to say about the "Chastisement" : “The Chastisement is conditional and depends on whether or not mankind heeds the messages of the Blessed Virgin and the Miracle. If it should take place, I know what it will consist of, because the Blessed Virgin told me about it, but I am not permitted to say what it is. Moreover, I have seen the Chastisement. I can assure you that if it comes, it will be worse than being enveloped in fire, worse than having fire above and beneath you. THE APPARITIONS OF GARABANDAL”, Francisco Sanchez-Venture y Pascual . Ch. 12 pg. 179 *I do not know how much time will elapse between the Miracle and the “Chastisement “ because it is ”Conditional”.
