THE BISHOP & COMMISSION WAS BIASED FROM THE START ! The Bishops was dead set against approving this apparition from day one ! Did you know that the very priest who they sent to investigate, came back a believer ! Then RESIGNED! (Don Juan DalVal Gallo ) When that didn't work, they sent doctors, but the doctors were dumb founded as to how the girls in ecstasy were impervious to pain ! They were burned with matches, stuck with needles, pinched, has sand thrown in their eyes,and also camera flash bulb (but didn't blink) darn near torture ! But they too failed to explain this as a "natural event" or the girls imagination. Now the Bishop is so mad, he even REFUSED the testimony OF POLICE CIVIL GUARDS. The worst part, they REFUSED to interview A SINGLE PERSON ! HOW CAN YOU CALL THIS A VALID INVESTIGATION WHEN THEY NEVER INTERVIEWED THE GIRLS , THE PARISH PRIESTS, the girl’s parents, family, friends, other villagers ??? There were hundreds of witnesses who begged to testify, and they would not hear them for fear of convincing the public it WAS TRUE ! There was such a LACK OF EVIDENCE to support his position, that NO REPORT WAS EVER SENT TO THE VATICAN !! So when the original Bishop's finding is not favorable for approval, many lost interest in Garabandal and worse yet, our Blessed Mother's messages. Other Bishops offended ! Now add the second message of the Blessed Mother that said "Many cardinals, many bishops and many priests are on the road to perdition and are taking many souls with them " WOW, so the very people in charge of the investigation, are being called out by Mary, and they don't like being "knocked off their pedestal " of reverence in the peoples eyes. And you wonder why the approval did not happen then. Thank God, that the likes of Pope Paul VI, Padre Pio, kept hope alive because of their belief in the early days, or this would have been dead and buried. As the evidence mounted that Mary was appearing, the best that they could do is say that the apparitions were " Non-constat de supernaturalitate - It is not certain that the events are of supernatural origin. ". This is just a few reasons the early generations had little interest ,until Joey Lomangino went to confession to Padre Pio ,and came back to America and started his apostolate. Now it is up to us to get this message out before the Warning & Miracle ! We have the enormous advantage of the internet and media that no other age had. God has given us the tools to awaken the world to the truth of our Lady's messages NOW, before its too late ! Do all you can.
This is a collection of facts given by Fr. Valentín Marichalar Torres, from his personal Journal, July 1961. July 15, 1961 “On the 15th the apparition was at 8:45. They were in ecstasy for 7 minutes and were talking very softly. I approached them and I heard the following: (Mari Cruz) "Perform a miracle--make night turn into day" (Conchita) "Perform a miracle, even if it is a little one" There were some priests there (Lago and Oceja) who were talking about the Carmelite (Morales). The girls talked about what they did that day. They were like this until 9:30. They prayed the rosary, and they told me that they received Ccommunion and had seen the Virgin and that she would return tomorrow.”
JULY 16 Feastday of Our Lady of Mount Carmel SUNDAY, JULY 16, 1961 FIRST REAL COMMUNIONS GIVEN BY THE ARCHANGEL ST. MICHAEL TO THE VISIONARIES. On the Feastday of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, the Blessed Virgin awakened the four children very early in the morning. They were to receive the first of some fifty real Communions from St. Michael. These occurred either in public or without any witnesses, and at various locations, except the village church and in homes. That morning, the girls, in ecstasy, climbed, also for the first time, the very steep calleja up to the Pines, where, at 5 a.m., the Archangel gave the Eucharist to Mari-Cruz and Conchita. The latter would receive five or six of her subsequent Communions at this site on very particular liturgical days. One hour later, also on the 16th of July, Mari-Loli and Jacinta, in turn, received the Eucharist at the site of the "Rock of the Angel" located on a lower level than the Pines and so named because St. Michael had stood there several times. During the whole period of the apparitions, the visionaries received Communion almost every day, either at the Mass in the village, or from the hands of the Angel when there was no priest at Garabandal. The nine Pines at San Sebastian de Garabandal are what remains from a small plantation of pines and oaks organized in 1947 by the pastor of the village, by Serafin Gonzalez, Conchita's grandfather on her father's side, and by the mayor of the area. Set on a slightly higher level above the village and with no trees in the area, the Pines, as we will often have the opportunity of mentioning them, are the neuralgic center, really "chosen" for the phenomena and the events of Garabandal past and . . . to come. From Fr. Valentín Marichalar Torres personal Journal, July 1961 “July 17th. They saw the Angel and Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. They separated as always; Jacinta and Loli were in Ceferino's house, Mari Cruz and Conchita were in Conchita's house. We asked them if the priest made them tell the secret, and the Angel said no. The Angel answered that it was to test us. 8 priests, 2 doctors, and 600 people were present. They didn't go down every day and by Sunday there were about 3,000 people. Many people came out of curiosity. After they saw the children, they changed; I have seen men cry.”
TODAY IN GARABADNAL HISTORY : JULY 18-19, 1962: THE "MILAGRUCU" ( The Little Miracle “ ) The "Milagrucu," in other words, the little miracle": that is how Conchita described the wonder that was to take place. For the visionary, indeed, the fact that the consecrated Hosts, usually given to her by the Angel and most of the time before a large crowd, were invisible, was much more astonishing! On the Feast also of St. Sebastian, (thanks to an Indult from Rome, since January 20 is normally the day of its celebration), Patron Saint of the village, Conchita was indeed to receive her "first call" . . . at 11:30 p.m. As to the ecstasy itself, it was to be over at . . . 2 a.m. The time here was exactly the same as that of the first great apparition at the "Rue de Bac" (the famous "Miraculous Medal" sanctuary in Paris) on July 18-19, 1830, the very liturgical Feastday of St. Vincent de Paul! On the morning of the events, Conchita, inadvertently, had already received Communion from the hands of a priest in the village church. This explains, perhaps, but only in part, that the "Milagrucu" occurred not on July 18, the date originally predicted, but rather in the night of July 18 to 19. "La forma! La forma! La forma!," shouted the crowd with one voice when Conchita held out her tongue and, suddenly, in a split second, appearing like lightning, the Host was deposited there. It was white, the same size as the Hosts commonly used, but slightly thicker. It remained visible on Conchita's tongue for almost two minutes. At the end Conchita fell in ecstasy on her knees, in a puddle of water . . . to receive the Host from St. Michael's hand. It was about 1:40 a.m. . . . July 19! This sign was brought about to help people believe, and to confirm the supernatural authenticity of the "events" of San Sebastian de Garabandal. From 'Garabandal' Book, J.Serre, pages 142-143
July 19,1962 Notes taken by the lawyer from Palencia, Luis Navas Carrillo. “We got to Garabandal at nightfall in sufficient time to be present at the first and only apparition of the day, involving Ceferino's daughter [Loli]. She kept us up until after 4:30 in the morning. And at six o'clock, when I had barely fallen asleep, Jacinta's father called me to pray the rosary at the calleja. The girl was waiting there, seated on the rocks. We prayed the rosary in the solitude and silence. Then we went to the church and in front of its still locked doors, we said the prayers for a visit to Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. Then I understood the sacrifice that was entailed for a girl like Jacinta to get up every day at six in the morning to go to the cuadro and pray the first rosary of the day there. Although in the beginning this had been a command from the Virgin, it had not been repeated for months, and still the girl continued going just to please the Lady in blue and white.” “ She went in haste to the Mountain”, Book 3, page 47 ( Can you imagine anyone today, more remarkably 11 year olds, getting up at 6am everyday, and praying the rosary in a rocky cow path, without being told to ? Wow ! )
AS A RESULT OF THE MIRACLE, RUSSIA WILL BE CONVERTED On July 20,1963 Conchita left the Church saying that she had had an intimate conversation with Our Lord. A Priest asked her to relate the circumstances in writing. Then the girl took a piece of paper and a pencil, and wrote these lines spontaneously with great ease. I was making my thanksgiving and praying for things. He answered me… And I said to Him: Conchita— “Why is the miracle coming? July 21, 1983 - During an interview with Abbé Alfred Combe from France, Bishop João Pereira Venâncio, Bishop of Leiria Fátima declared: Venancio: This message given by the Blessed Virgin in Garabandal is the same message she gave in Fatima, but updated for our times. P. Combe: I have always thought the same, Your Excellency, but you emphasize the word "updated." Would you please explain? Venancio: It's very simple. In 1917, at Fatima, the Virgin Mary did not warn us about the crisis that the Church is suffering today, and which hurts us so much; crisis of doctrine, catechism, morals, liturgy, discipline, priesthood, religious life, etc., and as a result the great confusion of the faithful. Because? Because there was no reason then to warn us of these dangers in 1917. At that time the situation was normal and some things were still perfect. Do you remember what the Eucharistic piety, the Marian devotion, the Christian sense of sin, the frequent visit and use of the Sacrament of Penance, the liturgy, and fidelity to the Pope as Peter's successor, were at that time? At Garabandal in 1961 the situation was already different. We did not see the great dangers ahead, but the Blessed Virgin saw them. And because she is Mother and Prophet, she came to this small Spanish village to explicitly warn us and call us again to prayer, sacrifice, penance and conversion. In other words, in Garabandal, she updated her Message of Fatima for today's church. P.Combe: Conchita de Garabandal often said that the message of Our Lady of Carmel was a "message of salvation," so we could add, "message of salvation for our time." Venancio: That is obvious to me. SATURDAY, JULY 22, 1961: BEGINNING OF THE PERSONALIZATION OF THE ECSTASIES We know that, on this day, for the first time and very often later, the visionaries in ecstasy went two by two: Conchita and Mari-Cruz; Mari-Loli and Jacinta. SUNDAY, JULY 23, 1961: THE CHILD JESUS AND THE VISIONARIES, THE FIRST OF THE RARE "COSMIC PHENOMENA" AT GARABANDAL Our Lady, who had come with the Child Jesus, authorized the children for the first time to take Him in their arms. They felt His weight, noting, however, that they had the impression of not being really in contact with His little body. Another first on this Sunday: beginning of the "cosmic phenomena" at San Sebastian de Garabandal. On that day, the young girls saw large stars with a long tail. Some of these phenomena were sometimes visible to everyone. They will reach their peak, and by far . . . , with the "very great Miracle" of the future "D" day to be revealed eventually, first to Conchita (on October 18, 1961). WHY ST. SEBASTIAN IS THE PATRON SAINT OF GARABANDAL Officially the feast day was to honor St. Sebastian, known for the way of spreading and defending the Faith.He was martyred by being pierced with arrows, becoming the patron saint of the village. For some time, the feast day had been moved from January 20, the actual feast day of the saint, to this date on July 18th, in order to allow better weather and opportunity for the arrival of relatives and guests. Interesting enough, on July 18-19, 1962 , the Eucharist appears on Conchita’s tongue out of thin air, and is caught on film. ( As Mary had predicted 15 days in advance). Called “ The Little Miracle”.
ST. JAMES APPEARS ! July 25, 1961, notes taken by the lawyer from Palencia, Luis Navas Carrillo. St. James appeared ! On the following Wednesday, July 25th, all over Spain there was a big celebration: the feast day of its patron and Father in the Faith, the Apostle St. James. It was the second time during the apparitions that this holy day took place in Garabandal. Would something happen on this day? Leafing through a mixed-up stack of references and testimonies referring to this time, I found this statement from María Herrero de Gallardo, who wrote down what she heard from Father Valentín months later: “You see, Señora, that at times I tell you things that I don’t tell anyone else, since I know that you receive them well and think about them, while many others find them ridiculous. For example, I remember the feast day of St. James the Apostle. It was almost midnight and about twenty people were watching the girls’ ecstasy. At times I looked at the sky, a beautiful summer sky covered with stars, with here and there a little white cloud drifting by. Suddenly — I saw this with my own eyes, and the persons that I mentioned also saw it — our patron St. James appeared on a beautiful white horse, like the tradition described in Spanish history. For a few minutes he seemed to make a path across the sky, disappearing at times behind white clouds and reappearing again. This day in Garabandal History July 26,1961 Upon the request of the Diocese ,Conchita goes to Santandar with her mother Aniceta. She falls into ecstasy near the church of " La Consolacion " ,infront of a crowd and Police. She later finds out that at the same precise time, the 3 remaining girls had fell into ecstasy back in Garabandal as well.
Our Lady has her own timetable. It reminds me of death: always be prepared; we know neither the day nor the hour!
MARY LOLI ON THE “WARNING “ YEAR July 27, 1975 Q. You have said that you know the year of the Warning. Can you tell us if it will occur in the next few years or is it still in the distant future? A. No. I can't say anything. Q. Did the Blessed Mother tell you not to speak about the Warning? A. No, she didn't , but, because the Warning and the Miracle are within the same year, I feel it inside not to say anything. Q. How do you know the Warning and the Miracle are within the same year" A. And while we are on this topic. Mary Loli herself clarified, in a later interview, that "within the same year" means "within a twelve month period." She says, "it doesn't have to be in the same [calendar] year." Listen at timestamp 2:42.
Well add this to your gathering of information. Author Tom Fahy and I were friends and he sent me this letter,and video link to confirm the "same year". Fahy is the author of “Suddenly & unexpectedly” The end of our Times. 3-20-15 Miracle after the Warning ,3 weeks or 3 months? Dear Glenn, In the late 1980´s or early 1990´s, two Priests, whom I knew personally at that time, visited Mari Loli in Massachusetts. On their return one of the Priests told me that Mari Loli disclosed to them, when they were leaving, that the Warning would be in an even-numbered year. Several years later I asked the same Priest if Mari Loli said even numbered year. He said, "Yes". I have also read about or heard the same from other sources, which I do not recall now. In another situation, I was told by a man in Massachussets, who knows the Pastor of the Church that Mari Loli attended, that Mari Loli was speaking to her Pastor in Massachusetts one day, after he came to know about her relation with Garabandal, and told him that she could not remember whether the Blessed Virgin told her that it was 3 weeks or 3 months that the Warning would precede the Miracle. That would confirm that the Warning and Miracle are in the same year, as she said in her July 27, 1975 publicized interview. I take the same year to be the same calendar year.
