TODAY IN GARABANDAL HISTORY: MARCH 3, 1962 A MYSTERIOUS (FIRST) LETTER FROM THE FAMOUS ITALIAN STIGMATIZED CAPUCHIN, BLESSED PADRE PIO OF PIETRELCINA, TO THE VISIONARIES OF GARABANDAL On this "first Saturday" of March, Conchita received a letter addressed to the four visionaries in the village. It came from Padre Pio, as the Vision would confirm to Conchita, during an ecstasy she had on the same day, telling them, among other things: "My Dear Children, "At nine o'clock this morning the Holy Virgin told me to say to you: 'O Blessed young girls of San Sebastian de Garabandal! I promise you that I will be with you until the end of the centuries, and you will be with Me during the end of the world and later, united with Me in the Glory of Paradise.' I am sending you a copy of the Holy Rosary of Fatima, which the Virgin told me to send you. The Rosary was composed by the Virgin and should be propagated for the salvation of sinners and preservation of humanity from the terrible punishments with which the good God is threatening it. I give you only one counsel: PRAY and get others to pray, because the world is at the beginning of perdition. They do not believe in you or in your conversations with the Lady in White. BUT THEY WILL BELIEVE YOU WHEN IT WILL BE TOO LATE" As soon as she received this letter, Conchita sent Padre Pio a personal letter, with "a secret message from the Blessed Virgin of Mount Carmel and addressed to him." March 1962 Who says Padre Pio didn't have a sense of humor ? In response to a letter Conchita wrote to Padre Pio ,asking him to visit her in Garabandal , (maybe hearing of his ability to bi-locate) he responded: " Do you think I can travel about like that , according to my whim, and why not like Santa Claus, and come down the chimney into your home ? "
Anima Christi . Throughout the period of the apparitions, Saint Michael brought Holy Communion to the visionaries on days when mass was unavailable in the village. It is worth recalling his instructions on reception of the Eucharist. Before receiving communion he requested of the children to say an Act of Contrition and before thanksgiving after reception he taught them to say the Anima Christi (“Soul of Christ”) of Saint Ignatius Loyola. Soul of Christ, sanctify me. Body of Christ, save me. Blood of Christ, inebriate me. Water from the side of Christ, wash me. Passion of Christ, strengthen me. O Good Jesus, hear me. Within your wounds hide me. Permit me not to be separated from you. From the wicked foe, defend me. At the hour of my death, call me and bid me come to you That with your saints I may praise you For ever and ever. Amen.
Testimony of Joachim Bouflet, PhD In August of 1968, he accidently meets Padre Pio. On the afternoon of the 23rd of August, I went to the small church of Nossa Senhora das Graças. we passed through a side door of a cloister. A short distance away, in the shade under the arches, Padre Pio sat in an armchair. He looked tired. I was filled with emotion being so close to him. I was so close to Padre Pio! An opportunity like this would never come again. I crossed the cloister garden and fell at his feet. He was surprised. At the same time, two Capuchins ran out, shouting unintelligible words. Padre Pio made a sign to them with his gloved hand and they were silent, but stayed close by. Then he looked at me seriously, but I'm sure there was understanding and affection and it was reflected in his eyes. He placed his hand on my head (I was kneeling in front of Padre Pio) and he said a few words to me. The two monks withdrew to some distance. I heard Padre Pio, who kept his hand on my head. I understood perfectly what he said to me. I confessed my sins and he answered me, commenting on what I had said and then I was given an overwhelming experience of the charism attributed to him, and his knowledge of the heart. I felt a deep peace and a deep anguish. I don't know how long all this lasted. Finally, he said to me: "Pray to Our Lady. Consecrate yourself to the Virgin of Carmo". "Yes, Father, I pray to Our Lady of Mount Carmel. In fact, I would like to become a Carmelite." He did not comment on this, but insistently repeated: "Consecrate yourself to the Virgin of Carmel, who appeared in Garabandal" . - " So it's true?", I said. - "Right and true!" ("Yes, it's true!"), said Padre Pio.
Fr. Gustavo Morelos, March 7, 2015 THE BISHOP OF JALAPA, MEXICO, AND GARABANDAL Fr. Gustavo Morelos was a Mexican priest who passed away on March 7, 2015, at 87 years of age. He had heard of the news of what was taking place in San Sebastián de Garabandal in 1965, when the apparitions were in their final stages. He managed to spend nearly three months in Garabandal that very year, studying the phenomena and interviewing the girls, their parents and siblings, and several witnesses. He lived to see his nephew’s surprising recovery from an illness doctors considered hopeless He always attributed this healing to the Virgin of Garabandal. Since then and until his death, he worked to spread the messages of Garabandal. It is his conversations with Conchita that offered the clues as to the “Miracle” being in the month of April.
Glenn, wasn’t it also Father Morelos who in an interview w Mari Loli, kept asking her for the date and clues of when the Warning would happen but she wouldn’t say anything? But then he asked one final question Re when-saying: “can you at least tell me if it’s an odd or even year.” Her response was “Even.”
Pure speculation! A new comet C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan–ATLAS) was just discovered and is currently projected to pass closest to earth on Oct 13, 2024. It is expected to outshine most of the stars in the night sky during the 2024 Synod. Of course, anything can happen in the coming months. Something to keep an eye on.
From Space.com A newly discovered comet may appear as bright as a star in the night sky by fall 2024. The comet, known as C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS), was first noted by the Asteroid Terrestrial-impact Last Alert System (ATLAS) telescope project in South Africa on Feb. 22, according to the Minor Planet Center. Astronomers at the Purple Mountain Observatory in China also discovered the comet independently on Jan. 9, so both observatories are cited in the comet's full name. Skywatchers around the world have since observed it in new and old images, with the earliest detection found in images taken by a wide-field camera on a telescope at Palomar Observatory in California on Dec. 12, 2022. Saturn and Jupiter, according to EarthSky(opens in new tab). It's traveling at a zippy 180,610 mph (290,664 km/h) and is likely to make its closest approach to Earth on Oct. 13, 2024.
The Warning will be like two stars colliding around the time of a Synod in an even numbered year. Oct 13 is certainly a very important date for us old time Catholics. Again, just speculation. To do much penance, make sacrifices, visit the Blessed Sacrament every day that we are able to, and to pray the holy rosary daily. CONCHITA Q. We must always be prepared, with our souls in peace, and not tie ourselves down so much to this world. Instead, we must think very often that we are here to go to heaven and to be saints.
I thought the warning came in a even year. 2024 is a even year but my question is if the warning and miracle will be in the same year then wouldnt the miracle have to happen in 2025. Or is it in the same year. Just thought i heard that. Anyways God bless.
I'll make it simple. The Warning was said to be in an EVEN year. Loli also said the Warning and Miracle are in the SAME year. so it can not be 2025 for either event.

The Warning is something that is first seen in the air everywhere in the world and immediately is transmitted into the interior of our souls. It will last for a very short time, but it will seem a very long time because of its effect within us. It will be for the good of our souls, in order to see in ourselves our conscience, the good *(*Conchita says that we will only see the bad.) and the bad that we've done. Then we'll feel a great love toward our heavenly parents and ask forgiveness for all our offenses. Q. Will the Warning be felt by all people regardless of their beliefs? A. The Warning is for everybody because God wants our salvation. The Warning is in order for us to draw closer to Him and to increase our faith. Therefore, one should prepare for that day, but not awaiting it with fear because God doesn't send things for the sake of fear but rather with justice and love, and He does it for the good of all His children that they might enjoy eternal happiness and not be lost.
