Hi all could I ask all users to be vigilant whilst using the forum, I intercepted a possible hack attempt today around 2pm, if any user notices anything unusual whilst using the forum could you let me know,the forum has not been compromised and all is good but as always let's be vigilant Thanks John.
Thank you John for the safety you provide the forum. Is there something you suggest that I should do to be vigilant in regards to hackers trying to hack the forum. I really don't know what I should be doing and tend to give this type of thing a miss, so any advise would be helpful. Thank you Carolyn
the biggest thing to look out for would being redirected to another web page when trying to access the forum, or when clicking on posts from users being taken to nasty web sites, also unexpected messages in your private email on the forum.. As I said its nothing to worry about for now but as always be vigilant
Ok, so first off, thank you, John! So last night I was trying to browse the site and got directed instead to a page that stated technical /administrative difficulties, can't load page. It was like two in the morning, so what precisely it said, I'm not sure. Is that typical, or not so much?
