Father Michel Rodrigue Facebook Post about the Warning.

Heavenly, you don’t know anything about Fr Michel. Haven’t you even seen his videos? How can you not know he had 8 heart attacks and cancer? Why give an opinion about someone when you haven’t even researched ?

 

FR. Michel also exalted himself by proclaiming that he is the Apostle of the End Times when he hasn't done anything yet.

 

Watch the videos. He’s done a lot. Many are thankful.

 

I suspect there is a strong connection between Fr Michel and the condemned messages from Bayside. Apparently you have not researched that. And I think raising a question about 8 heart attacks is valid.
The messages from condemned Bayside were published and promoted by groups of lay people from Quebec called The Pilgrims of St Michael in their Michael Journal. Individual men from Quebec would travel around the US giving talks. They alleged that the BVM at Bayside called the participants there “Apostles of the End Times.”
This started around 1975 and continued until 1985 or so when another group took over at Bayside. I posted this before.
Surely all of Catholic Quebec would have at least been aware of this.

I feel the same way. It’s a potential red flag. And John Leary is from Rochester, NY, not out of the sphere of influence.
I am in Maryland and we felt it here during those years. I don’t think we can dismiss this out of hand.

 

I think you misinterpreted the question. Father mentions the 8 heart attacks in at least 2 videos I have seen. So that is where the information comes from on the 8 heart attacks.

 

Byron, others... You write like it doesn't matter if Fr. Michel is right or wrong, let him be. But...there are BIG problems here if he is wrong! Or, God forbid, he is a false prophet.

False prophets are warned against in the Bible. They will "decieve even the elect." It is a sin against the First Commandment to say you are God's spokesperson if you are not!! It is "taking the Lord's name in vain" everytime you do that! If you are "honestly mistaken," or mentally ill that is an excuse, much of the time.

But if you are boastful... Your words can harm others, someone above said people spent too much money preparing after listening to Charlie Johnston. Or people get worried and get others worried, falsely, or hurt relationships with family/friends. Then, if there is a real problem later in life, your family/friends will not listen to you. That is harmful. It also hurts people's faith, they get "prophecy fatigue."

Telling people to "just walk away" when a harmful process if going on is not the answer.

Also, bishops are ignorant! I told a story earlier, the bishop in my diocese had no idea a priest was blessing "gay marriages" at City Hall! Even though this priest wrote in favor of gay marriages in his church bulletin!! It wasn't until there was a "wedding announcement" in the local paper that someone sent to him that he took action (sadly, he left the priest at the parish!!). I do not think Fr. Michel was in frequent/honest communication with his bishop about everything he was doing, especially, all those events with John Leary...

 

I think the reason why the Bayside prophecies fizzled out was because their apocalyptic prophecies and promises did not materialize.

Honestly, in fairness to all who have a interest in Fr. Michel, we are not in sync because this priest is new to many of us, his history has not been vetted, there are questions about his bishops approval of his locutions, his messages, etc.

There are strong concerns on everyone’s mind who have a interest pro, con or uncertain.
It is not unfair to ask to have these concerns verified. He may surely be legitimate....but it’s also possible that he is not.
Everyone should want the certainty of his legitimacy confirmed in the areas that it is possible.
Doesn’t scripture admonish us to “test” prophecy? Isn’t this what we are trying to do? I don’t for one minute believe that the good souls here at MOG are trying to disparage father...but have very valid concerns that simply need addressed.
There is nothing wrong with this...it is the “ testing” we should be about.

If...if...father is found wanting, then we can dismiss his prophecies...forget him.
If after he is vetted and all of these outstanding questions are addressed ( apart from his jovial personality) , then everyone can either choose to accept him as reputable, completely dismiss him, or remain open.

Glenn has spent numerous years answering questions, providing documents, links, photos, history, interviews to this site to address a apparition that has existed and is world renowned since the 1960’s. Glenn gets believers, non believers and those in between. He is diligent about providing answers about Garabandal in a good faith effort to make its case.

If a seer/mystic/prophet is putting themself out there for public view, then they should expect and welcome the opportunity to address the same issues that the defenders of Garabandal has and continues to validate the truth wherever possible.

It is entirely possible that father is expressing messages from heaven....and it’s entirely possible that he is not.
Because he is a priest does not make him immune to error. We have all witnessed sever errors of priest in recent times .
I dearly loved Fr. Coropi....I went to his conferences, I bought his tapes, I watched him on EWTN. I still believe his commentary on the faith and his explanation of doctrinal issues. He was correct then and his teachings are still correct, but sadly he is no longer a priest. I cannot speak to his personal problems that lead to his separation from his priesthood, but it’s just a example of how we can place too much faith in a individual. Many people who loved and trusted him because of his high profile platform were left with questioning not just him, but what he was preaching. His fall caused a lot of harm to the faithful. We cannot afford to let this happen again..IMHO.

Please, allow for different views, debate and discussion here about this new priest. Don’t feel personally offended if someone acting in charity does not agree with your opinion....we’re all entitled to a opinion.
Let our goal be the TRUTH....regardless of where that truth leads us to. Our thoughts, opinions, etc, are all subject to the facts/ truths as they hopefully will be revealed over time. In the end, that’s all that matters...the truth.

While I defended fr Michel in the attack of a bishop who apparently consented with his activity first, and only after fr Michel became a public trouble he withdrew his support, pretending he didn't know anything about prophecy (that is just absurd if fr Michel is famous exactly for that and not for a secluded community no one knew anything about)... still that doesn't mean that I approve the big controversies in fr Michel's messages.

Just think about: if he is correct, EU new police force (that doesn't even exist but he claims is being prepared in secret) would overrun USA and put you in camps! As simple as that! (As if EU doesn't have its own problems with immigrants, rising China and assertive Russia, and now the economy crash, the only problem of the EU is to crush the civil liberties in its ally USA). At the same time he lauds the US strength as the only thing that can stop NWO.

So which one of the two is correct: USA will be invaded by EU and you will go to refuges, OR... USA will stop the globalists and NO NWO will come? (then where is the need to go to refuges either?) One of the two must be wrong. Or, if both are right, we don't have any antichrist if he is so weak as not to be able to invade at least 90% of the world maybe 99%.

Also the timing, first he said after February...(whatever it has to happen, you were fast to say, covid was correctly prophesied, but did he name it in advance?), now he moves it towards October. Why, if it was covid only?

The big problem of many prophets is, they walk after the events, and when something happens, they say, we told you that, God punishes for sins etc. It is very easy to prophecy in that way! And what if the covid is not a direct punishment for sins, but a man made virus, a bio weapon? Just saying, because I do not have any proof.

I do not deny he has a big insight on the events, and some elements might be true. But that doesn't mean that God talks to him directly.

I guess from what I read and the video that I saw...it is possible. But then again he could preach correctly for five years and then one day he could go against church.

I can usually catch someone immediately. With little investigation. Then people start making excuses.

But Fr. Michael has been different. Many things MOG members have said... would be a red flag. But I haven’t read or seen the proof.

I am late in the game with Fr Michael. Not really the saint we expected but then again no saint is the same. Interesting character. Time will tell.

 

I have always felt in the true end times, the US will be wiped off the face of the planet. Don't know how or who but just something I've always felt in my soul. Revelation is full of 1/3 of the population being taken out, then another 1/3 of that and then another 1/3 of that even. Many approved prophecies even point to whole nations being taken out. Just have felt the US will be one of those. Hope and pray I am wrong, but when one submits to God and is a member of His nation, then does it really matter? It doesn't to me. If God wants me to be a remnant, thy will be done. If God wants me to be a martyr, thy will be done! If God brings me home to Him for any other number of reasons or causes, thy will be done!

He didn't exalt himself....he was given that title by Blessed Mother, who, btw, gave herself, (also a creature), w/ permission of the Father, a new title in another PR, "Queen and Mother of the End Times". She's also told us to look for "lights" during these hard times.....from some of her chosen special sons.

Yes, if anyone really wants to get the full pic of Fr. Michel then simply watch the retreat videos and read the messages......there you'll find the info about his 8 heart attacks and 4 "deaths". In fact, when being taken to heaven by P. Pio, when they came to a certain threshold Fr. Michel was scared about crossing over and P. Pio was said to remark to him..."why are you afraid? You've already died 4 times"!! Those who have had such experiences of the other dimension (as St. Paul did) can offer us many insights into what the veil keeps from us during this life.
