Increasingly, we see people's worldviews being depicted as either Christian (that of those who side with Jesus Christ and His teachings as taught by the Catholic Church and the Orthodox or through rational readings of His Words in Scripture by faithful Protestants) or anti-Christian (which includes those blasphemers who pretend belief in order to advance their own anti-Christian agendas). Even those tiresome militant atheists, who try so hard to persuade there is no God, still spend all of their most committed moments indulging their obsession with God. There is only Christ. And one is either for Him or against Him. Even if all those for Him on Earth are eliminated (a possibility He considered during His own time on Earth), there will still only be Christ.
I'm with Cardinal Muller on this issue. What an appalling situation. No opportunity is lost in people shoving their unwanted and unrequested Marxist narratives down our resisting throats. Feminism is just another Marxist narrative (narratives all based upon divide and conquer) insidiously forced upon us, in this case.
Imagine you were at the Office Party. Imagine your brother who is also at the Office Party began to insult and speak ill of your mother. Imagine you happened to know your mother always to have been a good loving to her children and to everyone else. What would you think of such a brother who would do such a thing? But further imagine that your Boss who is also your eldest brother who is also at the party supports the younger brother who denigrates your mother. What would you think of both your brothers for doing such a thing? That is the current appalling situation we are in with both Father James Martin and Papa Frankie.
It sickens me but I do know I have bumped up my prayer life considerably since these things have come to pass. Clinging to our Church.
