This is so sad. So very sad. I am guessing the same thing would happen here. The spirit of VII has almost completely prevailed in the hearts of Catholics around here--and priests too to some extent.
I'm crushed in spirit. I know in my head the reality of faithlessness in the Church, but when it is no longer a statistic and is played out before you at Holy Mass, the grieving is deep. Perhaps there are more victim souls offering reparation than we know. I must increase my penance to help offset such grievance offense. From a prophetic viewpoint, perhaps the Warning is the only grace left to break through such rampant blindness. (May it break through my blindness, too!) O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!
