Sure Basto, I get the difficulty involved. At the outset I would have said the probability of there being just the one and only Sr. Lucy was greater than 99 percent (if one could put a figure on it). And if your argument was the only one in the mix then that would transform this prior probability into a posterior probability (having seen all the evidence) of 99.9 percent. However, there is other evidence to consider, and having looked at some of the other evidence, I would subjectively say that it tranforms and lowers the posterior probability to about 50 / 50 percent. Starting at about 50s I think Roy demonstrates the difficulty in believing that there was only one Sr. Lucy. But I understand that people just do not want to go there. In fact I realise how difficult it is to ascertain the truth of things. For example, the conspiracy theories surrounding the assasination attempt on president. It is quite easy to be swayed by the way that evidence is presented and then falling down rabbit holes. I pray for the Holy Spirit to lead us into all truth.

But it gets more complicated! While the sister Lucy post 1960 is obviously a different individual the original sister Lucy can’t have died in 1949 because in 1957 she gave her last interview (a famous, explosive interview to a Mexican priest, forget his name now).

Sequentially, in Revelation, Jesus returns before the new heaven and earth are created. I am curious to know which sources you are referring to. In the timeline of CDTTK they predict the new era comes and that Jesus reigns in it for 1000 years (a long time). Which means Jesus is still coming according to them. It's an interpretation of Revelation 20:1-6, whereby Jesus will reign for 1000 years on the earth spiritually, while satan is locked up. It is a form of premillenniallism. There are a lot of similarities between the take of CDTTK and dispensational premillenniallism. The CDTTK take has many issues a from biblical perspective IMO.

I think Garabandal Medjugorje and other prophecies refer to the end times not to the end of time. Major changes on the way, spiritual, social, geophysical etc. but the earth will continue to exist albeit in a different way. Earth 2.0 if you like.
No it is not, it is what happens after Jesus comes in Revelation 21:1. I have read several seers who have equated the new era with the coming of a new heaven and earth. This new heaven and earth is spoken about by Isaiah as well, in reference to the last days. I am not trying to be abrupt or rude, so hopefully my post does not come off this way. Currently I am studying the different types of eschatology to see how their timelines come to pass in relation to scripture. Because I like to know how they come to their conclusions. I am also open to other information which could be contrary to what I have posted, which is why I said I am curious about the sources for the new era not being the end times. So far, everything I have found suggests the new heaven and earth are coming, which is also the new era. These are my thoughts as well. I just pointed out that according to prophecy we’re living in the ENDTIMES not THE END OF TIME, which would be the end of earth. Of course there can be no era of peace and no triumph if the earth is not there or if its inhabitants are thoroughly annihilated. We are assured both from scripture and from credible prophecy that this will NOT happen.
This is correct and is very exciting IMO. I was under the impression that you were suggesting that we were entering a new era that comes before the end of the end times. Many associate this new era, which comes before the end of the end times as the TOTIHOM. This is the take of CDTTK, which is why I referenced it earlier. My apologies. That being said, in 2 Peter 3:10-13 it says this. The day of the Lord will come as a robber comes. The heavens will pass away with a loud noise. The sun and moon and stars will burn up. The earth and all that is in it will be burned up. Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, you should think about the kind of life you are living. It should be holy and God-like. You should look for the day of God to come. You should do what you can to make it come soon. At that time the heavens will be destroyed by fire. And the sun and moon and stars will melt away with much heat. We are looking for what God has promised, which are new heavens and a new earth. Only what is right and good will be there. Interpret this as you will, but it seems to me that the heavens and earth will be destroyed and will be replaced soon after. The pastor in the following video had a prophetic dream regarding this event. Well worth watching IMO.
