This war was never between globalists and anti-globalists, but between two different globalist systems, the current one and an emerging one. Yes, they control both sides. Apparently, they plan to destroy the West, by using Russia as a tool. Having said that, the Fatima prophecy states that Russia will be converted. So I am leaning towards Russia in this conflict. It is also noticeable that the Chinese and the Russians did not impose experimental genetic manipulations upon their people. Instead, they had alternatives, which were more akin to classical vaccines. My impression was also that they did not apply as much pressure on their peoples as was applied in the West. For example, my mother-in-law remained unvaccinated without problems. Last but not least, China and Russia are not flooding their countries with immigrants, nor are they pushing perverted ideology onto their children. So I have certain sympathies for Russia and China, but I am well aware that they may simply be the anti-thesis to the West, and the planned synthesis (Hegelian dialectics) may be a world order modeled after China (full electronic surveillance and social credits). I will give my point of view, which is unpopular, but makes sense to me. Sr. Lucia told us that the consecration was accepted in 1984, and the period of peace followed. Which was the disintegration of communism in eastern Europe and Russia. It was through divine intervention that this happened. The conversion of Russia is yet to happen, as is the TOTIMHOM in it's fullness IMO. That being said, communism was still going strong in the US and western world for the past 100 years, though clandestinely. We can look to the likes of Bella Dodd for an example of this. During the pandemic China treated its citizens worse than animals. They were locked in their buildings and were not allowed to get out of their homes. I think the Russians were more humane.

"which will be converted" It doesn't say "then will", it says "will", an indefinite future time. It is also followed by an "and" not a "then". I don't believe these things have to be sequential. Some might happen at the same time to various degrees. The return to Orthodoxy did happen, but it coincided with the period of peace not before it.
This seems evident. Any other interpretation would be very naive and would contradict reality, when we see the former bastions of communism regrouping and demanding a new global order alternative to the current one... Even from the point of view of Catholic prophecies, shouldn't we expect a sudden return of communism to dominate the entire world? Isn't this communist persecution one of the greatest physical punishments the world must expect? What is the state of the Catholic Church in countries that want to lead this global paradigm shift? Countries like Russia (and occupied regions of Ukraine), China, North Korea, Iran... Catholic prophecies concern, first and foremost, the Catholic Church.
If you look at all of Sister Lucia's other references to the consecration of Russia, you will realize that the objective of this consecration is the conversion of that nation. If the conversion of Russia does not follow a papal consecration, no one will associate one thing with another. Let us not complicate Our Lady's words written in Sr. Lucia's manuscripts, who are very clear.
I am in total agreement with what Sr. Lucia said. I just see them as three distinct promises. However, the way they played out according to Sr. Lucia is [1], followed by [2] & [3] simultaneously.
The conversion of Russia must necessarily include, on the part of the Russians, the recognition of Peter's successor, the Christian unity under the Roman See, the infallible magisterium of the Holy Roman Catholic Apostolic Church. Personally, I feel inclined to believe that the Pope who will carry out a final consecration of Russia exactly in accordance with what Heaven has asked will be immediately recognized by the Russians as the successor of Peter and this will, in fact, be their conversion as it was prophesied at Fatima. They will see the Holy Father clearly like "something similar to how people appear in a mirror when they pass in front of it".
To tell the truth, I even think that this final act of consecration of Russia may also be necessary for Catholics to recognize the true Pope...
