Kind of always felt Russia is the tool for Chastisement but then in the end they experience one of if not the greatest conversions. I think this was actually prophesized by a mystic of the church outside of what was said at Fatima but I don't recall which one.

If St John Bosco’s vision comes true, then maybe the Warning converts Russia. Which may well mean that Russia’s invasion of Europe will be coming very soon. The escalation and invasion come before the Warning.
Yes, there must be an event that will trigger the mass conversion of the Russians to Catholicism just like what happened to the mass conversion of the American Indians during the time of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
I wonder if this conversion of Russia will encompass a possible rehabilitation of Gregory Palamas with Catholic doctrine or whether the orthodox will abdicate their teachings in full conversion; after all, his theology (rejected in the West) speaks of a distinction between the essence and the energies of God, which seems to me somewhat strange because it resembles a kind of pantheism.

Fr Mark Beard of Amite Louisiana has a wonderful homily on anxiety and fear. SO worth listening to...in these days especially....sadly he died in a car crash yesterday. That is how I heard of him. What a wonderful priest. All his homilies are on you tube. May God console and deliver him from Purgatory straight to heaven. His last homily was Sunday--challenging Catholics to be Catholic no matter what "management" is getting up to. He said that at our judgement what PF did won't matter. It will be only about us and we're we faithful to Christ and the True Faith.

From what I understand, when the Pope returns from Moscow, "hostilities will break out." Nowhere in the Garabandal messages was an Antichrist mentioned, to my knowledge. The Pope's plane is going to refuel in Moscow.
Jack, your thoughts are certainly valid. But I think HH is right, the Pope's visit, according to Garabandal, is a precondition that brings us a big step closer to the Warning. After that, there would also be the Miracle as a great supernatural sign. The Warning is also said to happen when chaos is at its worst. This could be after a limited nuclear strike and/or after/during the Russian invasion. The invasion etc, however, comes from other prophecies. At which point the AC appears we can only speculate. I think only after the Warning. But you also think that if the whole of humanity had an Illumination of Conscience, then everyone would have been converted. They say the confessionals will be full after the Warning. But they also say that the AC will convince many people that the Warning was not real (Project Blue Beam or not).. We are fishing in the dark, can only speculate and prepare ourselves spiritually. Should the Pope's visit actually take place, the Warning is possible soon. That seems relatively certain. I have read that there are Orthodox prophesies predicting that Russia will defeat Turkey, occupy Constantinople and that most of the Turks will convert to Christianity (I don't know if this precedes or follows the conversion of Russia to Catholicism, but I'd be content enough with an Orthodox Turkey)!
