Allyd, I've shared this prayer with people who have prayed it as a novena from the heart and had great response from Our Lady. I pray you have the same. Employment Prayer Mary, Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, you once experienced hardships and difficulties in getting the necessities of life. Look kindly on me now as I face the same difficulties. Help me to find suitable employment. Through my work I want to meet my physical needs and grow spiritually. Help me find a job that lets me provide for myself and for those who depend on me. Hi Allyd, I too am looking for gainful and meaningful employment. I found this prayer on a prayer card at Marytown when I went on my little pilgrimage. It did work for me, though not exactly in the manner I thought it would, but isn't that always how God works? Not our will, but his be done. Try it as the novena. Lee, that is a GREAT prayer too! It is very close to the intention I wrote for to pray as my request to St. Joseph in the prayer I posted, except in it I was asking Joseph for help with those things.
