Yes also, look at how the world raises up men who are renowned for their intelligence in this world but when one looks closer we find they are men who hold or defend no hard beliefs. Men who defend nothing of worth in the eyes of God. Yet people fawn over them and declare them to be so intelligent. They get their reward now. Satan and his ilk use this to lead mankind astray and boy does it work well. Yes, I remember reading in Fr Amorths last book that the demand for exorcism was through the roof in Rome and that it was impossible to keep up with because there were simply not enough priests assigned to the task of liberating these souls. Paganism is rampant there and even people who are attending Mass on Sunday are taking part in rituals and spells during the week and opening the door to the diabolic. He mentioned that some women who are lonely use these spells in the hope of finding love. I had the impression it was a common problem. In a video I recently watched the Pentecostal movement in Rome has grown tremendously and it was so large that these Churches were having mass exorcism rites with people writhing on the floor and calling out etc. There is something about this sort of thing that makes me deeply uncomfortable when I have witnessed it. The same feeling that I have gotten when I know I have been in the presence of the diabolical. I recently watched the movie made right before Father Amorth's death and in it while about to begin the rite of exorcism on a poor woman he did something great and it was said to be his tradition to always began the rite in this manner. He literally thumbed his nose at the Devil.
Raymond was one of Mothers good friends and she loved him. I believe he learned a lot from her, and like her, he speaks the truth - boldly.
He does. His position is not like the rest of us. We can speak and who cares really? Michael Voris has a lot of influence but compared to Raymond Arroyo it is very tiny. Because of this his role requires great, great prudence and thought. I respect this. I hope Michael Voris does. Reading between the line of all that Raymond says but reading his face I strongly suspect he knows a very ,very great deal more of what is going on than what he says. He is so wise to be careful with his words. He is a very good man; I trust him. Being prudent does not mean being silly or cowardly, it just means being prudent. Raymond is very,very prudent. But I respect Michael Voris too; though he is maybe a little hot headed sometimes. But he has this huge fire in his belly, I like that. I wish a lot of our Bishops had a fire in their bellies..or under their behinds.
