Yes I re read my post and it sounded like I believe the date to be in October, but that was about 15 years ago and yes I really wait and see with my locutions. So I do not think now that was from Jesus and it will be in October but if it is, it is. Fatima is so right about following the Church teachings and scripture in these matters and that was thankfully one of the first pieces of advise I got from a Priest when mine started. I know how open all of us are to the devil and especially those with these experiences can be so quickly led astray! Now I ALWAYs ask Jesus for a backup on what He tells me, and for example, when our churches closed for Mass a month ago, after a few weeks I told the Lord I did not deserve the Eucharist and missed Him so. He said He wanted me to receive Him. I told Him if He wanted me to receive Him to give me a sign, and the next day at adoration (our church is open during the day for private prayer and I go every day) Father came in and offered me communion! Since then I've had it four times and none of them has been of my seeking! I am overjoyed and hope all of you out there are able to get the sacraments also!
I read a nice suggestion that the Faithful should try to go to their local locked Church and pray outside to the Blessed Sacrament inside for a while each day. I will give this a go.
I like this suggestion Padraig. I was watching some of the old Garabandal videos last night for the first time in many years. I just love Conchita's humility and her little joy that shows in her smile so often. I was watching a Mother Angelica video on it too. One thing that kept speaking so loud to me was the Blessed Sacrament. So much attention given to that. Conchita's hope is to be before the Blessed Sacrament during the Warning. I also came across a Fatima video and Francisco always wanted to be with the Blessed Sacrament hidden in the Tabernacle. He always wanted to be there for Jesus for support knowing He was suffering in the Tabernacle all alone.
I was thinking the same thing. Nothing like a global event to bring many of us back home!! I know others still visit too but tend to stay in the shadows, so hello all my old friends. Come out of the shadows when you are ready!!
Good video - Father makes the point that the person who receives the prophetic message often finds it hard to explain in human words -- It is often like trying to describe a painting to a blind person -- From prophecy we get the broad strokes of what is going to happen and rarely the minutiae.
I walk my dog past the locked church and sit on the step. It’s a country church. If I sit with my back to the door, I’m looking at a statue of Mary in the garden. The Garabandal girls were led by Mary to pray outside the doors when they weren’t allowed in.
I've been waiting for the Warning and the Second Coming of Christ since I saw the Lord in 1997, and I know we can get discouraged as all the years go by and the world gets worse and worse! But I too truly feel we are definitely on the edge now and I know everyone has their devotions but please, please, put on your brown scapulars, go to confession as often as possible, put a crucifix over your outside doors, learn the prayer to St Michael and say it every day, pray the rosary everyday. And of course this is the time to start adoration of the Eucharist if you haven't already. At first I just sat in my car outside the Church when they closed it but now we can go inside if there are less than 10 persons in there. It's not that the scapular is magic or anything but its so true that the devil can see it! Lets let the world and the devil know who we are and lift up our heads for battle. I have had a few visions this year of our Lord and His angels preparing their horses for battle. They are all dressed as warriors and my meek and mild Jesus appears now as in Revelations passages!
Heavenly, I pray too that you are right. But looking at our economy’s spending within the last years it’s a bubble ready to burst. If things need to get worse, the economy must come down. Heaven help us.
Yes evil definitely can see it. I will never forget the time a woman who was addicted to heroin was asking people for money as they were walking along and as soon as my friend, who was wearing his scapular came to her, she actually retracted and hissed at him. She literally withdrew from him as if a car was about to hit her. Another time, we had this client who had many mental issues including schizophrenia. They asked me as the manager to come meet with her. I told them, I will try but I doubt she will let me into the room. As everyone was greeting her and shaking her hand, when I came up to her she hissed at me, pointed her finger in my face and screamed "NO!" He is not coming into this room. My coworkers jaws dropped and I had to explain it to them later that in all likelihood, she was not alone in her body and because I wear a brown scapular, she will not want me anywhere near her.
Can you share those visions with us? I had a prophetic dream in 2009 so powerful its seared in my memory. I saw incredible chaos and destruction and a voice said "everything will be shaken loose". I didn't know when or how but I knew something momentous was coming. A few years ago at Adoration Our Lady (I believe) warned me that "the times of times are upon us" and gave me to know I better wake up.
Wow. Thanks for relating this story. I've never had such an encounter but one time in a demonic attack in a nightmare I pulled out my scapular and held it up and the creature retreated immediately. There are some powerful stories about Our Lady's protection through the brown scapular--one told by St Jean Vienney that is particularly amazing.

Hi Am Secular Discalced Carm since 2001. Nice to meet another here. We were never told we were not allowed to discuss our spiritual life or any extraordinary graces received. When there is something out of the ordinary I usually confess it, and worked a while with my Priest to discern the things that need to be discerned about what Jesus asked me to do. I typically find that many people are "talking" to Christ in adoration, and many are concerned and uneducated about this deep prayer. I feel more people should be aware of this prayer, like to help them find resources regarding this, and to be sure to understand the danger of not being obedient to Catholic teachings. I have shared my conversion experience to help persons understand the sanctity of Marriage, of which my provincial gave me permission to do.
