Does anyone know if there's an online prayer group, church led prayer hour etc that's doing the Hour of Grace? I'm.lazy & find an hours prayer hard going. I'll do it of course if needs be but I'd prefer to be led along if you know what I mean. Edit: Just discovered there's plenty of videos on youtube covering this.
Our Mass is at 12 today. I am not sure how this will effect the hour of grace. But I 'll pray for longer after Mass just in case.
Ah, you beat me! With our pastor, Msgr. Francis, still back in Africa for a visit, Geralyn and I will be journeying down to Divine Mercy Parish for the celebration of the Solemnity at 6:30pm! We're all covering a lot of various time zones. This reminds me of the perpetual prayer of the Church as She prays the Liturgy of the Hours. Somewhere each day in every time zone the Bride of Christ is chanting the psalms together: a hymn of praise which never ends. The same can be said of Holy Mass. Let us spend the time when we offer our heartfelt prayer, to remember that at every hour in various places on the earth, this hymn of praise is joined by angels to ascend before the Throne of God. And so the hand of Justice is restrained until the appointed Day. Let honor be given to the Most Blessed Virgin Mary, Immaculate Mother of God, this day! How great is Our God!
