With the Magi. I put the straw back.

 

I am very blessed to be in a great choir . . .we have about twenty. I played my hammered dulcimer, Lo How A Rose Ere Blooming, accompanied by a harpist. It was my lullaby to the infant Jesus . . .we sang our hearts out throughout the Christmas season, it was lovely.

Fisher-Price makes several "Sets" with all kinds of characters. If you look closely at my "Set" you will find Robin Hood, Maid Marion, Mr & Mrs Noah, Aladdin and Jasmine.
Sooo... all you purists who are holding out till Candlemas ...

Denis that is the best! Jesus doesn't want to be left on a shelf, he wants to be with the children--said so himself.
We dont play with ours because it is old and brittle and except for Eli (in the photo), we are too.
(I go way past Candlemas, I leave mine up all year, cant seem to bring myself to put them in the box).
