Cardinal Victor Fernandez

  1. 13 represents God, who is Trinity, One in Three = 1 and 3 = 13

God lets us know that He is the One who is in control, even during this chaotic time...

I had to say it, Brian. I think many here at MOG don’t intentionally realize that non approved prophets like Malachi Martin or solidly great priests like Fr Gobbi had a positive role to play in preparing us for what’s happening today. Most can’t fathom that the end times is about the Catholic Church. Or that it’s not about the end of the world, but the end of an era. And everyday we come closer to all these predictions. It’s okay to discuss with charity subjects like the Divine Will, etc. We are all here to pray, prepare, love and learn.

That article is about Tucho’s book, “Heal Me with Your Mouth. The Art of Kissing," not about this current book.

Yes, he’s the author of more than one reprehensible book.

For family reasons, I've missed this until now. Found out about it first a short while ago, in Mundabor's blog.

I'm at a loss for words.

  5. Maybe there's a third book so that he can make it a trilogy

  6. Cardinal Porno Pendejo is what he called Fernandez. Mundabor has a great sense of humor.

I watched the movie Padre Pio Miracle Man and one thing I would like to say in this thread is beware of using slandering language against a Cardinal or bishop of the Catholic Church. Padre Pio horribly admonish one of his spiritual children for doing such thing - and trust he was talking about a really bad Cardinal. It is a serious offence to the Lord, no matter how horrible the acts or words from that Cardinal or bishop are, and even if they are suspected of being enemies of the Church. Because we must respect the authority of their office, which comes from Christ, even if the man is reprehensible.

That doesn’t mean we can’t disagree or criticize what they say if it is contrary to the Faith. But respectfully.

I’m not convinced anyone elevated by Bergoglio is actually a real bishop or cardinal…

Exactly. False Pope, Antipope, False Cardinal.

    Shepherds? No.
    Wolves? Yes

Stay with the True Magisterium of the Church.

Everybody in the US is up in arms about Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking underage teenage girls.

On the other hand Cardinal Fernandez's books contains the excerpt below (according to Mundabor's blog). Explain to me how this guy is NOT a pedophile who shouldn't be charged as a sex criminal.

“Earlier, in the sixth chapter, the book describes “an experience of love, a passionate encounter with Jesus, that a sixteen-year-old-teenager [girl] told me about.” The text discusses an encounter with Christ at the Sea of Galilee as he bathes and lies in the sand. It includes a lengthy description of kissing and caressing his body from head to toe as the Blessed Mother stands by and approvingly allows the encounter to take place”

  14. One thing I know from my spiritual director is the evil one tries to steal souls on both ends of the spectrum.

Consider that throughout history so many have broken away from the Church because they felt the Catholic Church no longer was Christ's Church.

Luther saw corruption over indulgences...But was wrong to break away.

When we judge ourselves to be the judge and jury, we risk giving into the temptation of pride that the evil one waves in front of those who abhor the sins we are now witnessing...He disguises it. We must not leave Jesus and His Church because of the sin of Judas, many Judases.

The evil one will gain souls by seperating them from the Church and lead them into further error. Do not leave the Church Christ Himself founded and promised not to abandon.

    Humility, prayer, faith.

No, we do not condone the sin, but be careful not to throw the baby out with the dirty bathwater.

I don't know if you're responding to my post , but I'm assuming you are. It's a matter of justice and duty to defend the Church from absolute perverted, blasphemous usurpers whose likely goal is the utter humiliation and destruction of Christ's church.

To not defend Christ's church at a time of crisis is...........(please let me know what you think).

These issues should be addressed by Catholics because they will be known and openly discussed among non-Catholics who will be more scandalized than us. We should be calling for this man's ouster to preserve the dignity of the Church.

Here's more from Father Fernandez' writing (via Mundabor's blog) if you're not yet convinced:

“a woman … is less attracted than a man to watching photos containing violent sexual scenes, orgies images, etc. This does not mean that she feels less aroused by hardcore pornography, but rather that she enjoys and values this less.”

“The text goes on to discuss “the possibility of reaching a kind of fulfilling orgasm in our relationship with God, which does not imply so much physical alterations, but simply that God manages to touch the soul-corporeal center of pleasure, so that a satisfaction that encompasses the entire person is experienced.”

Please don't tell me this is inappropriate given his position in our Church.

  17. Not directly to your post.

I just know that some are leaving the Church because of the scandals.

The temptation for nearly everyone on this forum will not be to go along with the homosexual agenda and modernism which has infiltrated the Church... The temptation will be to become jaded, scandalized, and to not trust that God is in charge.

We have to take to prayer how we can be of most use to Our Lady in crushing the heresies.

I believe she has a battle plan, and her Immaculate Heart will triumph... For my contribution it is clear...prayer, penance, fasting, humility, and trusting in God. For me, getting too wound up over the scandals does not increase faith...

Padre Pio: Pray and don't worry.

St Teresa of Jesus: Let nothing disturb you,
    Let nothing frighten you,
    All things are passing away:
    God never changes.
    Patience obtains all things
    Whoever has God lacks nothing;
    God alone suffices.

    Jesus, I trust in you!

Yes, Our Lady's Immaculate Heart will Triumph! She has asked us to pray our rosaries, to repent of our sins and to make reparations.

Truly you don't have much to worry about. It's most certainly the priests who will take the brunt of these scandals. I guess our only worry will be how long we will have our good priests available for sacraments. Other than that, no problems for us.

  20. I agree, we should never worry, as Christ tells us.

    That being said...
An injury to any part of the body of Christ is an injury to all.

We are, as a Church, following Him into His/our passion.
